One Time Salary Adjustment. Any active incumbent MBU who does not receive a base hourly rate adjustment pursuant to subsection (A) above, shall receive a one-time annualized base salary adjustment, effective upon ratification by the bargaining unit, as follows: FT: $450.00; PT: $250.00 (This annualized base salary adjustment will be converted to an hourly rate adjustment in the following way: • Dividing the annualized amount of $450.00 by 2,080 annual hours for full time • Dividing the annualized amount of $250.00 by 1,300 annual hours for part- time Then, this hourly increase will be added to the base hourly rate of eligible MBUs prior to the Year 1 GWI as set forth below) On annual basis, the base wage rates listed above shall be positively indexed by a measure equal to the respective annual general wage increases listed in Article X.I.D(2) and (3) below.
One Time Salary Adjustment. Employees who had their salary rates frozen, between June 8, 2009 and December 31, 2009, shall receive a one time salary increase adjustment of 5%, not to exceed the maximum of their salary range.

  • Salary Adjustment The salary of an employee returning from uncompensated leave shall be adjusted to reflect all non-discretionary increases distributed during the period of leave. While on such leave, an employee shall be eligible to participate in any special salary incentive programs.

The Board agrees to transmit such monies promptly to the Association.
