Ongoing Collaboration. 8.12.1 The Seller hereby grants to the Purchaser, as its preferred partner, with effect from Closing, the rights set out in Schedule 22 in relation to the co-development and commercialisation of Relevant Development Products. “Relevant Development Products” means products in development for the treatment, palliation, diagnosis or prevention of any and all cancers, including without limitation immunology, epigenetics and treatment of solid or hematologic tumours (but excluding in all cases vaccines).

1. AUArts recognizes courses completed for credit at other Alberta post-secondary institutions in accordance with the Alberta Council on Admissions and Transfer (ACAT). In addition, the university aligns its policies with the Pan-Canadian Protocol on the Transferability of University Credits. AUArts is also a full member of the Association of Independent Colleges of Art and Design (AICAD) and aligns with its mission along with other members of the consortium of leading art schools in Canada and the United States.
2. In the spirit of articulation, representatives from both institutions will meet regularly (minimum annually) to engage in ongoing discussion to enhance and strengthen this collaboration.
3. AUArts representatives will serve as a resource, as available, to promote this partnership through presentations and other forms of information sharing.
4. AUArts and College of the Rockies agree to promote this partnership through listing of this transfer opportunity on their websites
Ongoing Collaboration. One or both of the City Liaisons and the Highway Commissioner may choose to meet each Quarter, or as otherwise determined by them as needed, to review performance of Services and discuss any issues that may arise.

In addition to the shared priorities identified within this document, FPT Ministers of Health will continue to work on areas of mutual interest, specifically supporting health innovation and improving the affordability, accessibility and appropriate use of prescription drugs, including taking steps toward harmonization of drug plan formularies. FPT Health Ministers will discuss these issues at their next meeting in Fall 2017. * Recognizing the Government of Québec’s desire to exercise its own responsibilities within the health field and to fully assume the planning, organizing and managing of health services, including mental health and addiction services and home and community care, the Government of Canada and the Government of Québec agreed on March 10, 2017 to an asymmetrical arrangement distinct from this Statement of Principles and based on the asymmetrical agreement of September 2004. The Government of Québec will continue to report to Quebecers on the use of all health funding and will continue to collaborate with other FPT governments by sharing information and best practices. Ongoing Collaboration. The Galaxy-E initiative is relying on the services offered by the European Galaxy Project. Thus, for development purposes we use a GitHub repository to both share ongoing development, centralise reviews and contributions and automatically deploy Galaxy tools on the main Galaxy App Store. The Galaxy-E subdomain (xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xx) of the European Galaxy server is now used at the French level for ecology-related data analysis and internationally for the creation GEO BON Biodiversity indicators. Combined with the work done on data and metadata management through the use of the Ecological Metadata Language (EML) standard, Galaxy-E development guidelines pave the way to fundamental operational best practices for FAIRification of Ecological research objects thanks to the BiodiFAIRse GO FAIR Implementation Network initiative.

(ii) In an effort to support DeVry, Institution will provide a kickoff training for DeVry’s advisors, with regular ongoing trainings to follow. In addition, Institution will provide DeVry’s advisors with secure access to Institution’s online advisor portal.
(iii) DeVry agrees to communicate program changes in a timely manner to avoid disruption to student progress toward degree completion.
(iv) Institution agrees to provide bi-annual updates on newly added ACE or NCCRS approved courses that DeVry should consider for credit transfer acceptance.
