Optional Pay Plan. 1. Employees wishing to select the Optional Pay Plan must forward a signed request to the Human Resource Services during a mutually agreed upon window enrollment period each fiscal year. Those employees who previously elected the Optional Pay Plan will continue to be paid from it unless specifically canceled in writing during the same window enrollment period. Optional Pay Plan. 1. Employees wishing to select the Optional Pay Plan must forward a signed request to Human Resource Services prior to the first scheduled pay date of each school year. Those employees who previously elected the Optional Pay Plan will remain on it unless specifically canceled in writing before the first scheduled pay date of each school year.
Optional Pay Plan. Members of the certificated staff of the Ventura Unified School District shall be given the option to receive their warrants in eleven (11), or twelve (12) equal payments. The option is to be made before August 22 and shall remain unchanged for one year.
Optional Pay Plan. All teachers hired by September 15th in the Bridgeport School System shall have the option of a twenty-one (21) or twenty-six (26) pay plan. Pay plans may only be changed prior to the beginning of a new school year prior to September 15th. Such plan, chosen at the beginning of the year shall not be changed until the following year. In the event of the death of the teacher any money due would be paid to the estate. Those teachers who desire the twenty-six (26) payment plan must make the choice upon submission of the salary agreement for the following year. All others will be on the twenty-one (21) payment plan. Teachers hired after September 15th annually will be placed on the twenty-one (21) pay plan for the remainder of that school year. They will be given the option of the twenty-one (21) or twenty-six (26) pay plan beginning with the new school year as stated above. All teachers will enroll in the direct deposit program.

  • Savings Plan Executive will be eligible to enroll and participate, and be immediately vested in, all Company savings and retirement plans, including any 401(k) plans, as are available from time to time to other key executive employees.
