Dans cette dynamique, la répartition des rôles est prévue comme suit : Le CCCA-BTP, en particulier l’équipe du PIC assurera les missions suivantes : - Construction initiale du consortium et renouvellement annuel s’il y a lieu. - Elaboration et actualisation du rétroplanning pour assurer la gestion du projet (revu avec à chaque comité de suivi) - Dépôt des demandes de financement, rédaction des rapports et contrôle des saisies sur Mobility Tool. - Animation du comité de suivi et mise en place d’actions correctives en cas de non-respect des principes inhérents à la charte ECHE (appliquées nationalement ou localement selon). - Mise en place et actualisation des procédures facilitant la gestion administrative et financière par les organismes participants (à savoir les BTP CFA participants au consortium). - Elaboration et mise à jour des outils de reporting et des documents cadre à l’usage des organismes participants. - Coordination pédagogique nationale et contribution à l’ingénierie de formation à mettre en œuvre par chaque organisme participant, tout en veillant au respect des principes ECHE, et notamment la reconnaissance formelle des acquis d’apprentissage. - Coordination générale des activités de mobilité : relais auprès de l’Agence Erasmus+, recommandations (assurance santé/voyage, organisation pratique des séjours, comptes rendus d’activité et autres bilans à produire). - Aide à la recherche des partenaires d’accueil, en veillant à leur qualité. - Professionnalisation des référents mobilité européenne (niveau régional/local) via un...
