Other Administrator Designations. 4.5.1. A teacher occupying an administrative position on the date of signing of this collective agreement shall continue to retain their administrative designation for the term of this collective agreement or until they vacate the position in the school or is otherwise unable to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.
Other Administrator Designations. 4.6.1 No teacher designated as assistant-principal on or before September 1, 1997, shall have that designation terminated by reason of the Employer’s decision to eliminate the position, unless the Superintendent recommends an alternate administrative arrangement in a school where the number of teachers on staff drops below eight.
