Other Types of Paid Leave. During your employment with the University, you may be eligible to take other types of paid leave, subject to meeting any relevant statutory eligibility requirements and the University’s policy in relation to each type of leave in place at the relevant time. Other Types of Paid Leave. 1. Serious illness in the immediate Family Five (5) days without loss of pay shall be allowed each year as a family leave for illness in the immediate family. When absence of more than two (2) days at one time is required under this regulation, a physician's certificate will be required at the discretion of the Superintendent. Immediate family as used here means spouse, parents, siblings, children or step-children, grandparents and close in-law relatives of any Administrator, or the illness of any relative who has lived in the home of the Administrator for some time preceding the illness. For employees who join the district at any time other than the beginning of the contract year, paid leave is prorated as follows:

  • Traditional IRA-to-Xxxx XXX Conversions If you convert to a Xxxx XXX, the amount of the conversion from your Traditional IRA to your Xxxx XXX will be treated as a distribution for income tax purposes, and is includible in your gross income (except for any nondeductible contributions).
