OUT OF WARRANTY REPAIR. 18.1 Distributor or its customer shall bear all shipping charges for out-of-warranty repairs.
18.2 Repairs made by AMS outside of the warranty period shall be billed at the AMS repair charge set forth in EXHIBIT 1. Such out-of-warranty repairs will have a six (6) month parts warranty.
OUT OF WARRANTY REPAIR. Following the expiration of the warranty period set forth in Section 7a above, Info-Hold agrees to provide out of warranty repair for PRODUCTS sold to NECII for a period of Five (5) years after date of discontinuance of the PRODUCT. Such out of warranty repair shall be provided as specified in Schedule E (Info-Hold to fill this information)
OUT OF WARRANTY REPAIR. X. Xxxxxxx Out of warranty repairs for headend equipment will be provided on a time and material basis at the rates in the Pricing Letter. Sprint will obtain an RMA to return the Equipment to Supplier. Supplier will diagnose the returned Equipment and provide a quotation for repair. Supplier will repair Equipment after receiving a purchase order from Sprint. Supplier will use its best efforts to repair Equipment within 15 business days from the date the defective Equipment arrives at Supplier's repair facility to the date the repaired Equipment is reshipped to Sprint. Equipment will be labeled after repair to indicate a new warranty period of one year from the reshipment date.
B. Wireless Broadband Routers Out of warranty repairs for wireless broadband routers are done on a flat fee basis. Sprint will obtain an RMA to return such Equipment to Supplier. Supplier will repair the Equipment after receiving a purchase order from SPRINT PROPRIETARY INFORMATION - RESTRICTED Sprint and reship the Equipment to Sprint. Equipment will be labeled after repair to indicate a new warranty period of one year from the reshipment date. OUT OF WARRANTY REPAIR. For Products which fail to conform to their Specifications after the warranty period has expired but during the term of this agreement, HP may return such Products to ION Networks, Inc. for repair or replacement at ION Networks, Inc. then current prices and terms after obtaining an RMA number. ION Networks, Inc. current out of warranty repair terms and pricing are set forth in Exhibit C.
OUT OF WARRANTY REPAIR. For Products which fail to conform to their Specifications after the warranty period has expired, but during the term of this Agreement, Reseller may return such Products to Interact for repair or replacement at Interact's then-current prices and terms after obtaining an RMA number. Net prices for repair and replacement parts are as indicated in Interact's then-current service and support Price List and are not eligible for further discounting.
OUT OF WARRANTY REPAIR. Seller agrees to repair units which are out of the warranty period for actual cost of repairs not to exceed 50% of current suggested list price. The end user will pay all shipping and delivery charges both ways for repairs out of warranty. Seller agrees to maintain this repair service for Distributor's customers for a period of at least two (2) years after termination of this Agreement.
OUT OF WARRANTY REPAIR. 16.1 DISTRIBUTOR or its customer shall bear all shipping charges for out-of-warranty repairs.
16.2 Repairs made by MANUFACTURER outside of the warranty period shall be billed at MANUFACTURER's then current standard repair charge. Such out-of-warranty repairs shall have a [*]-day warranty and shall be subject to the same terms and conditions as set forth in Articles 14 and 15.
16.3 MANUFACTURER shall provide technical support and shall ensure that compatible spare parts for the Products and Accessories are available for a period of [*] years from the last delivery of the Product or Accessory in question. If unable to provide such service and support, MANUFACTURER shall provide DISTRIBUTOR with a mutually agreeable alternative.

18.2 Repairs made by AMS outside of the warranty period shall be billed at the AMS repair charge set forth in Exhibit 1. Such out-of-warranty repairs will have a [**] parts warranty.
OUT OF WARRANTY REPAIR i. REQUEST - Any customers interested in an Out of Warranty Repair may apply to do so. Upon RMA authorization, customer is to ship defective product to Ascendent for inspection, along with a purchase order for Inspection and Diagnostics.
ii. INSPECTION - Ascendent will inspect defective product, and will make a good faith estimate for the cost of repair. Customer must authorize all repairs “in writing” prior to commencement of repair work.
iii. REPAIR - As applicable, time and materials will be billed, with a minimum charge for “out-of- warranty” repair of $150 per product. Customer is responsible for all authorized repair charges, regardless if additional repairs are needed in order for the product to perform correctly. IF additional repairs are required, Ascendent will again make another good faith estimate for any additional charges.
iv. UN-REPAIRABLE or PROHIBITIVE COST - If the product is deemed “un-repairable” or if the cost of the repair is prohibitive, then the customer may chose to either have the product shipped back to them at the customer’s expense, or allow Ascendent to discard the product themselves. Regardless, customer is responsible for any additional time and material repair charges so authorized by the customer.
v. FINAL TEST - Prior to any repaired product being shipped, Ascendent will perform any necessary upgrades and full functional testing of the product.
OUT OF WARRANTY REPAIR a. Distributor or its End user customer shall bear all shipping charges for out-of-Warranty repairs.
b. Philips shall xxxx Distributor, at the current Philips repair charge, for all repairs made by Philips outside of the Warranty period.
c. An authorized factory service representative or an authorized Philips representative shall make all repairs. Philips will determine whether such repairs shall be performed at Distributor's End user customer's site or at a Philips facility. d. Philips may make available optional Service Contracts for some products offered under this agreement for Distributor or Distributor's End user customers to purchase.
