Output Requirements. 3.12.2.1 A minimum of the following output and outcomes are required. (i) A full data clean-up and mapping of all audited meters and customers in the field to the pre-payment and financial database of the municipality. (ii) Detailed GIS data indicating all findings in the field, Meter types, customers not at home and other additional key information will be required. The GIS field information forms part of the management console required for sustainable management. (iii) Detailed progress reports must be presented, coupled with feedback/monitoring reports on a weekly/monthly basis.

Output Requirements. The services and deliverables shall include but shall not be restricted to that required in the following Technical Specifications: a. Unmixed and mixed files in .mov format of the final version of the video which will be delivered in 1080P H264 CODEC 23.976 frames per second; b. Raw footage of all the shots filmed during the video production in MPEG4 Apple Pro res file format with accompanying detailed shot lists; c. Translation into English of all interviews conducted in Mongolian, along with corresponding timecodes; d. Shortlist and video metadata should also be included; e. Video and photos will be handed over to DOC in an HD drive; and f. The videographer is required to keep a copy of all original files for at least one year.

Output Requirements. The Contractor is to ensure that all Quotations maintain or improve existing service levels in all Premises, unless otherwise specifically agreed by the Customer. In particular this relates to environmental conditions such as ventilation rates, temperature, humidity, lighting levels and also includes noise, reliability, security, convenience and the like. The Customer requires the Contractor to ensure, as a minimum, the current service level requirements at the Premises are achieved. The Customer also requires the Contractor to ensure new works are in compliance with relevant Australian, International Standards and <any relevant policies from the agency which require compliance>.
