Outside Experience Credit. A candidate for an office position may be granted credit on the wage scale for related work experience. Such credit shall not exceed placement on Step 2 of the job class wage scale and shall not entitle the employee to attain a maximum rate beyond that listed for the particular job class.

Outside Experience Credit. For initial placement on the salary schedule, new teachers will be given credit for prior experience as a full-time certified teacher. Credit will be issued in full-year increments.
