Overnight Excursions. Employees authorized by the principal to accompany students on an overnight assignment shall be paid sixteen (16) hours at his/her regular rate of pay for each twenty-four hour period beginning with the day of departure. Article 15.01 will not apply.

Overnight Excursions. Recreation workers who participate in overnight excursion will flex their schedule, if possible, to maintain a 40-hour workweek. If they are unable to flex, they will be paid overtime or compensatory time consistent with state law.
Overnight Excursions. 4.8.1 Where an employee agrees to supervise clients in excursion activities involving overnight stays from home, the following provisions shall apply: • payment at normal rates of pay for time worked between the hours of 7.00am to 7.00pm Monday to Friday up to a maximum of ten hours per day; and • Accrual of time off in lieu of overtime payment for all other hours.

  • Overnight Guests Any guest who remains in on-campus housing past 12:00am is considered an Overnight Guest. Overnight Guests under the age of 16 who are not enrolled are not permitted. No resident will be allowed more than two (2) Overnight Guests at one time (this number can be reduced during special events). Any Overnight Guest requires the approval of the roommate(s). No Overnight Guest may stay more than three (3) consecutive days without the permission of the roommate and the Hall Director. No individual may stay as an Overnight Guest in on-campus housing for more than 15 days total in a given semester. Persons who have been removed from on-campus housing for any reason may not return as Overnight Guests following their removal.

  • Overnight Trips If the Company determines that overnight travel is required, the employee will be reimbursed for expenses, which are supported by receipts as follows:

  • Excursions ‌ Employees who accompany clients/residents on excursions will be entitled to a full shift's pay and four hours of lieu time for every 24 hour period. Lieu time shall be scheduled pursuant to Article 16.6 (Compensating Time Off). Employees currently receiving a superior entitlement shall continue to receive the entitlement.

  • Catering Cafeteria style of serving meals will be acceptable, providing dishes are carried back by the Culinary Staff. The food shall be of good quality and have the approval of the Camp Committee of the Building and Construction Trades Council of Ontario. There shall be sufficient housekeeping staff supplied by the Culinary Workers to keep the bunkhouses clean, and beds shall be made up each day by such staff. Kitchen facilities, equipment and food supplies shall be subject to inspection by the duly authorized Camp Committee at any and all times and further all grievances shall be dealt with by said Committee.

  • Garbage Disposal You are responsible for ensuring Your and Your guests’ rubbish is removed from the Room, Building and Common Property in a timely manner and properly deposited in the communal rubbish areas allocated by Us for collection. You must use all garbage chutes according to pasted instructions near chutes.
