Overtime and Seniority. Overtime preference, insofar as practical, shall be given to the regular, full-time employees and on a seniority basis in the classification or position involved. Overtime work shall also be distributed equally among qualified employees insofar as possible.

Overtime and Seniority. Overtime following an employee’s regular shift shall be offered to qualified employees on that shift based on their seniority. If there are not sufficient employees available to work the overtime on a voluntary basis, overtime can be required by the Company based on reverse seniority of those employees who have the qualifications to perform the work.
