In the event no employee accepts required overtime worktwo or more employees are mandated to complete a work assignment, the Trustees employees shall assign employees within be relieved on the work location involved from the appropriate work group to perform the overtime work by continuing rotation in inverse order basis of seniority, if requested, whenever practicable. Work in progressIn the event that the voluntary list and mandatory lists have been exhausted and there is not a replacement for a vacancy, when appropriate, management reserves the right to fill the position after reviewing the business necessity for each occurrence.
