Overtime Callout List. The City agrees to maintain a “Sergeants’ Overtime Callout List” to ensure the equitable distribution of overtime. If a Sergeant does not respond to any reasonable means of contact for overtime (e.g., text, email, and/or phone call) within ten (10) minutes for overtime required within twenty-four (24) hours, or within twenty-four (24) hours for future overtime, the next Sergeant on the list shall be contacted until the overtime opportunity is filled. Sergeants who actually work any of the overtime resulting from the Overtime Callout List shall be moved to the bottom of the overtime roster.

Overtime Callout List. The City agrees that it will make every effort to provide a Sergeant to supervise on-duty patrol personnel. Should the absence of the Team’s Assigned Sergeant create the need for overtime, the City agrees that all available Sergeants shall be given the opportunity to work overtime prior to contacting Corporals or Officers. The PBA agrees that when the Team’s Assigned Corporal is scheduled to work, that Corporal may be utilized as the acting Sergeant, providing that the assigned team personnel level remains above minimum xxxxxxx. In the event that the team falls below minimum xxxxxxx levels, regardless if the team has a Corporal working, available Sergeants shall be given the opportunity to work overtime prior to contacting Corporals or Officers. The State shall continue to furnish foul weather gear and work clothing, such as aprons, smocks, shop coats, lab coats, coveralls and boots to employees furnished such clothing in the past.   • Construction Progress Schedule A schedule indicating proposed activity sequences and durations, milestone dates for receipt and approval of pertinent information, preparation, submittal, and processing of Shop Drawings and Samples, delivery of materials or equipment requiring long-lead time procurement, and proposed date(s) of Material Completion and Occupancy and Final Completion. The schedule will be developed to represent the sixteen or seventeen CSI Specification Divisions. It shall have a minimum number of activities as required to adequately represent to Owner the complete scope of work and define the Project’s critical path and associated activities. If the Project is to be phased, then each individual Phase should be identified from start through completion of the overall Project and should be individually scheduled and described, including any Owner’s occupancy requirements and showing portions of the Project having occupancy priority. The format of the schedule will have dependencies indicated on a monthly grid identifying milestone dates such as construction start, phase construction, structural top out, dry-in, rough-in completion, metal stud and drywall completion, equipment installation, systems operational, Material Completion and Occupancy Date, final inspection dates, Punchlist, and Final Completion date.
