Overtime Category 12. Employees in classes assigned to pay grades 5 through 24 shall receive overtime compensation at the rate of one and one-half (1-1/2) times the regular hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of eight (8) in any workday or eighty (80) in a two (2) workweek period. Employees in classes assigned to pay grade 24 shall receive overtime compensation in the form of cash or compensatory time off, solely at Management’s discretion.

Employees in the classes District Fish Biologist and District Wildlife Biologist, when assigned to Pay Grade 22, shall receive overtime compensation in the form of cash or compensatory time off, solely at Management's discretion, for any hours worked in excess of eighty (80) in a two (2) work week period.

  • EMPLOYEE CATEGORIES All employees fall into one or the other of four principal categories as outlined below.

  • Christmas/New Year’s Scheduling K-1 Employees will receive at least five (5) consecutive days off at Christmas or New Year's. The Hospital will provide time off from the completion of the night shift the day before the holiday that the Employee is granted (either Christmas Day or New Year's Day). Christmas will include Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day, and Boxing Day and New Year's will include New Year's Eve Day and New Year's Day. Where an Employee requests not to be scheduled off five (5) consecutive days at Christmas or New Year’s, such an Employee is to put her/his request in writing to the Clinical Manager.
