OVERTIME LUNCH. ‌ 26.1 Any employee who works more than ten (10) consecutive hours, with less than 12 hours notice, shall be given a lunch or lunch allowance. Any employee who works in excess of fourteen (14) consecutive hours shall be provided with an additional lunch or lunch allowance. Such option will be available at the end of every four
OVERTIME LUNCH. 16.10.1 Any employee who has not been notified of his overtime assignment at least twelve (12) hours prior to the commencement of the overtime assignment and who works more than ten (10) consecutive hours, shall be provided with a hot lunch. The Company will allow the employee thirty (30) minutes away from his/her job to eat his/her lunch. Subsequent lunches and (30) minute lunch breaks will be provided every four (4) consecutive hours worked beyond the ten (10) consecutive hours. 16.10.2 Any employee who is called out and works more than four (4) consecutive hours shall be provided with a hot lunch which shall be eaten at the end of said four (4) consecutive hours. In addition, said employee shall be provided with a hot lunch every four (4) consecutive hours worked thereafter. There shall be no duplication of hot lunches under provisions (1) and (2) above. The employee shall be given reasonable time to eat his lunch without loss of pay.
OVERTIME LUNCH. Periods An employee required to work beyond his normal shift on an emergency basis shall be eligible for a lunch period without loss of pay when the overtime is in excess of two (2) hours. In the event that overtime continues (for intervals of four [4] consecutive hours) further lunch periods shall be available in each such interval providing that the overtime is to continue. In the event that a lunch period is not available to the employee, he shall be paid one-half (½) hour at two (2) times his basic rate of pay for each lunch period missed. It is understood that the lunch period in question may vary in actual duration according to circumstances and may be available on the job. Regardless of the actual time of the lunch periods, it shall be deemed to have been taken after the completion of each interval.
OVERTIME LUNCH. 10.1 Any employee who works more than ten (10) consecutive hours, where such overtime hours are unscheduled, shall be given a lunch or lunch allowance. No lunch or lunch allowance will be provided if such overtime hours are scheduled with twelve (12) hours advance notice. Any employee working fourteen (14) consecutive hours, in a scheduled working day, who has not already been provided an overtime lunch, will be entitled to a lunch or a lunch allowance. 10.2 Any employee who is called out and works more than five (5) consecutive hours on the callout shall be given a lunch or lunch allowance. 10.3 There shall be no duplication of lunches or lunch allowances under the foregoing sections

  • Overtime Hours Except as otherwise provided in this section, all hours worked in excess of the established work day, before or after an employee's regular scheduled shift, or on any regularly scheduled day off, shall be considered overtime. All paid vacation time, paid holidays, paid sick leave, compensatory time off, and paid leaves of absence shall be considered as "time worked" for purposes of this Article. Part-time employees whose established work day is less than eight (8) hours shall not be considered to be working overtime until having completed eight (8) hours of work.

  • Lunch If the Company elects to furnish a lunch meal, it will be suitable and may be in the form of a box lunch. The meal shall be eaten at the job site or a Company designated location. Employees eating a box lunch or other Company-provided lunch at the job site will be allowed 30 minutes paid time to eat and will also be granted the dollar amount of the meal allowance as specified under the labor agreement.

  • Overtime Pay ‌ Overtime pay shall be paid to the employee on the next paycheque after the expiration of the pay period in which the overtime was earned except as provided in Article 16.6 (Compensating Time Off) below.

  • Overtime Meals When employees are required to work more than two (2) hours beyond their regular work days, the Employer will provide hot meals at no cost to the employees, up to a maximum of sixteen dollars ($16.00) (receipts to be submitted) plus paid meal periods of one-half (1/2) hour at the prevailing rate and thereafter at four (4) hour intervals. Any early morning start before regular starting time is entitled to a paid meal. The breakfast limit is thirteen dollars ($13.00) (receipts to be submitted). Employees called out on overtime shall be paid for meals as above, after four (4) hours work.

  • Holiday Work Employees who work on a holiday shall receive one and one-half (1-1/2) times their straight time regular rate of pay for all hours actually worked on the holiday, plus holiday pay.

  • Holidays Worked When an employee works on a calendar holiday, he/she shall receive payment of the holiday at the regular rate and in addition, at the discretion of the Employer, (1) be paid at the rate of time and one half for hours actually worked on the holiday or (2) be given compensatory time off equal to one and one half the number of hours actually worked.

  • Weekend Work (1) All ordinary hours of work performed between midnight on Friday and midnight on Sunday shall be paid for at the rate of time and one-half.
