Common use of Overtime Meal Clause in Contracts

Overtime Meal. Employees who work beyond ten (10) hours per day shall receive a minimum of one-half (½) hour's pay for time off to eat a meal, and each four (4) hours thereafter, but may take up to forty-five (45) minutes off for such purpose.
