Those Employees on standby duty shall not be provided a meal at City expense except for conditions stated in Section 6.6.1 above. Scheduled overtime work is to be treated as a regular workday except for the payment of the overtime premium, and no overtime meal will be furnished by the City.
Those Employees working the night shift when the change from Daylight Savings Time to Standard Time occurs shall be paid overtime for all hours worked over the full shift as defined at clause 17.0l(a). Employees working the night shift when the change from Standard Time to Daylight Savings Time occurs shall be paid their basic hourly rate of pay only for the hours worked.
Those Employees. (i) whose work is covered by the coverage clause of this Agreement; and
(ii) who are members of the unions; and
(iii) who have been in the employment of the employer for no less than 30 days; and
(iv) who expressly wish to be excluded from coverage by this Agreement for its duration; and
(v) who notify the employer (through the unions) of their choice to be excluded on the agreed exclusion form.
Those Employees assigned to Golden Gate Elementary or Golden Terrace Elementary whose regular daily teaching assignment requires travel between the two school sites will be reimbursed for the required travel per the district mileage rate.
Those Employees on a leave of absence who elect to continue their long-term disability coverage while on a leave of absence must provide to the Employer post-dated cheques in the amount of the Employee’s monthly long-term disability premium for the requested duration of the Employee’s leave of absence. Should the Employee fail to do so, the Employee will be deemed to have elected not to continue their long-term disability coverage while on a leave of absence.
Those Employees working the last shift when the change from daylight saving to standard time, or vice versa, occurs, shall be paid straight time for the exact number of hours worked during the shift.
Those Employees working under a long day, short week agreement will receive their normal day's pay if the holiday falls on their regular schedule day of work. If the holiday falls on a non-regular scheduled day of work, the Employee will receive their regular daily rate of pay.
