Overtime Voluntary. Overtime shall be voluntary except in emergencies as defined in The Saskatchewan Employment Act. In the event there is a difference of opinion between an employee and his/her supervisor as to what constitutes an emergency, the final decision shall be that of the Director of Human Resources.
