Overtime Voluntary. Employees shall be canvassed, in order of highest seniority first, as to their willingness to do overtime work and shall have the option of refusing such work. In the event that overtime commitments cannot be met on this basis, the qualified employee with the least seniority shall be selected. It is understood that employees who have started a specific job will be given first opportunity to complete the job.

The Company will give reasonable notice when requesting the employee to work overtime. It is understood that employees who have started shall not be considered a specific job will be given first opportunity to complete violation of the jobAgreement if an employee refuses overtime or call-out because of a previous personal commitment.
