P ay Periods. Classified employees shall be paid according to hours in their work year. Employees shall be paid on a twelve-month basis extending from July 1 to June 30. One-twelfth of the employee’s projected annual wages will be due and payable on the last banking day of each month. Designated employees will receive one to three paychecks in June.

P ay Periods. The pay periods and dates of payment shall be established by the COUNTY.
P ay Periods. Employees will receive their salary in 24 semi-monthly installments, except for cases which require prior approval of the Superintendent. Pay days for employees will be established as the 15th and last day of each month. Section 8: N on-certified Salary. All non-entry level non-certified employees shall receive hourly wages as reflected on the attached Appendix C which represent the following increases over their previous year’s wages: 2018-2019 3.0% + $0.50 hour 2019-2020 3.0% 2020-2021 3.0% 2021-2022 3.0% All entry level non-certified employees shall receive the amounts set forth as starting salaries on Appendix C. Bus drivers shall be paid the rate of $10.00 per hour for extracurricular bus trips plus meal reimbursement according to Article XII, Section 11. In addition, newly hired drivers will be given a $0.35 increase per run for each year of school bus driving experience to a maximum of 20 years.

  • Pay Periods 1. Where the Previous Collective Agreement does not provide for twice-monthly payments of annual salary, the following shall become and remain part of the Collective Agreement.

  • Meal Periods (a) Meal periods shall be scheduled as closely as possible to the middle of the workday. The length of the meal period shall be not less than thirty (30) minutes and not more than sixty (60) minutes.

  • Break Periods The parties agree that the paid rest period contemplated by Article 16(e) shall be taken during times that will not interfere with the operation of the Strong Start Centre.

  • Retention periods Documentation which serves as evidence of orderly and proper data processing must be retained by ATOSS in accordance with the applicable statutory retention periods beyond the end of the contract. To relieve itself of this obligation, ATOSS may turn said documentation over to the Customer at the end of the contract.

  • Trial Periods 1. A secondment agreement may only include a trial period clause if and insofar as the contract is concluded for a period of more than six months. In that case, the maximum trial period laid down by law shall apply.

  • Vacation Periods Vacation schedules will be set by the employee’s immediate supervisor(s) and sent to the Office of Human Resources for approval. Employees may request a particular period for vacation. Vacation days may not be taken in advance of their accrual. Those employees who are on a 12-month teacher contract are paid during Spring Break and Winter Recess, however, are not expected to be in attendance or perform duties during those breaks.

  • Payroll Periods 37.01 Pay periods shall be bi-weekly. Pay days shall be every second Thursday.

  • Grace Periods The related Mortgage or Mortgage Note provides a grace period for Monthly Payments no longer than ten (10) days from the applicable Due Date.
