PART-TIME OPERATORS. Section 1. The City, effective with the date of this Agreement, is permitted to hire part- time operators in accordance with the provisions set forth below:
PART-TIME OPERATORS. A Part Time Operator is an Operator hired to work as a Transit Operator in the Transit Division. All provisions, that apply to Part Time Operators (as detailed in Schedule “C”) shall apply to Part Time Operators except as detailed in Article H:21. All provisions that apply to Full Time Transit Operators (as detailed in Schedule “H”) shall apply to Part Time Operators, except as detailed in Article H:21 of this Collective Bargaining Agreement. Where Schedule “C” and Schedule “H” as it applies to Part Time Operators conflict, Schedule “H” will apply.
PART-TIME OPERATORS. A. Part-time Operators shall be covered under the sections of this Agreement dealing with the probationary period, employee organizational rights and responsibilities, Union representation, grievance procedure, arbitration, disciplinary procedure and nondiscrim- ination.
PART-TIME OPERATORS e. If more operators are needed, all remaining work will be assigned to the Extra Board in reverse booking order, with the lowest Extra Board Operator for that day receiving the largest piece of remaining unassigned work and proceeding in this manner until all work is assigned.
PART-TIME OPERATORS. (a) All newly hired Part-Time operators and operators not now receiving a forty (40) hour guarantee shall be cov- ered by all sections of this Agreement except as specifically changed by this section.
PART-TIME OPERATORS. 18.01 If any part-time employee works an average of seventy-five (75) hours bi-weekly for more than three (3) months consecutively, a Full-Time vacancy is immediately created. The most senior Part-Time employee eligible as per Article 11, that is desirous of a Full-Time position, shall fill the vacancy.
PART-TIME OPERATORS. Part-time operators shall not be eligible to participate in the pension plan.
PART-TIME OPERATORS. Section 1. The Authority shall be permitted to hire part time bus and rail operators in accordance with the provisions set forth below.
PART-TIME OPERATORS. Beginning 4/01/2019, a part time paratransit operator may be scheduled to work up to a maximum of 140 hours per month. SunLine may hire part-time paratransit operators up to a maximum of 25% of the fiscal year budgeted full-time paratransit operators to cover vacations, sick time and other absences.
