PARTY’S OBLIGATIONS. The First Party shall: 1- Disburse a monthly financial provision amounted to AED 4000 (AED four thousand) to the Second Party throughout the period of scholarship.

The Parties shall preserve the rights and legal remedies of the Data Subject as recognised and protected in the Data Privacy Regulations applicable respectively to each Party. In particular, the Data Controller which disclosed the Personal Data to the other Party will respond to enquiries from Data Subjects and, as the case may be, from any competent authority concerning the data processing of the relevant Personal Data.

The obligation of each party to effect the transactions contemplated hereby shall be subject to the fulfillment, or written waiver by each of the parties, at or prior to the Closing of each of the following conditions: Regulatory Approvals. All of the Transaction Regulatory Approvals shall have been obtained. Third Party Consents. Seller shall have obtained at Seller’s expense, all consents, authorizations, approvals and waivers, including those set forth on Section 8.2 of the Seller’s Disclosure Schedule, necessary to consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement except such consents which, if not obtained, would not have a Material Adverse Effect. No Injunction or Proceeding. No statute, rule, regulation, executive order, decree, or Order shall have been enacted, entered, promulgated or enforced by any Governmental Entity which prohibits or restricts the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby.
PARTY’S OBLIGATIONS. 1. Party B warrants that the Relevant Equipment provided for Party A is owned by it and can be lawfully leased and that Party B has obtained all the consents, approvals and/or permits necessary for the lease of the Relevant Equipment and shall complete the necessary registration procedures for such lease. Party B shall ensure Party A’s legitimate use of the Relevant Equipment will not infringe on any third party’s legitimate rights.
