Pay and Time Off Work Entitlements. When an employee works on a scheduled Paid Holiday (or day in lieu thereof), such employee shall be paid double time (2X) the employee's base hourly rate of pay for each hour, or portion thereof, worked, to a maximum of seven and one-half (7 1/2) hours worked on the scheduled holiday (or day in lieu thereof), in addition to the Paid Holiday pay specified in Clause 20.02 above.

Pay and Time Off Work Entitlements. When an Employee works on a scheduled paid holiday the Employee shall be paid at the applicable overtime rates specified in Article 22 plus the Employee shall be given a day off work with pay in lieu of the holiday. Scheduling of this paid time off work shall be subject to mutual agreement between the Employee and Berlitz.
