PAY RATES AND LONGEVITY. A. The monthly base step pay salary schedule for all Police Officers in the bargaining unit shall be in accordance with the monthly pay schedule attached in Appendix A and reflects the following salary percentage increases for all Police Officers each year of this Agreement: 1. The 2013 monthly base step pay schedule for all Police Officers in the bargaining unit is shown in Appendix A and reflects a one and one-quarter percent (1.25%) across the board increase over their 2012 pay schedule. 2. The 2014 monthly base step pay schedule for all Police Officers in the bargaining unit is shown in Appendix A and reflects a two percent (2.00%) across the board increase over their 2013 pay schedule. 3. The 2015 monthly base step pay schedule for all Police Officers in the bargaining unit is shown in Appendix A and reflects a two and one-half percent (2.50%) across the board increase over their 2014 pay schedule. B. The monthly 2013, 2014 and 2015 open range base pay salary schedule for all “open range” employees in the bargaining unit shall be in accordance with the schedule attached in Appendix B of this Agreement, unless modified by the City. The open range pay schedule for Longmont Emergency Communications Center Personnel is contained in paragraph A; the open range pay schedule for Community Service Officers is contained in paragraph B; and the open range pay schedule for Police Service Technicians is contained in paragraph C. C. All “open range” employees in the bargaining unit shall receive the following salary increases in 2013, 2014 and 2015: 1. On January 1, 2013 all Longmont Emergency Communications Center Personnel, Community Services Officers, and Police Services Technicians shall receive a one and one quarter percent (1.25%) salary increase across the board over their respective 2012 monthly base pay. 2. On January 1, 2014 all Longmont Emergency Communications Center Personnel, Community Services Officers, and Police Services Technicians shall receive a two percent (2.00%) salary increase across the board over their respective 2013 monthly base pay. 3. On January 1, 2015 all Longmont Emergency Communications Center Personnel, Community Services Officers, and Police Services Technicians shall receive a two and one-half percent (2.50%) salary increase across the board over their respective 2014 monthly base pay. 4.   • Pay Rates Unit members must have been on an active status for a minimum of six

  • Interest Rates and Payment Dates (a) Each Eurodollar Loan shall bear interest for each day during each Interest Period with respect thereto at a rate per annum equal to the Eurodollar Rate determined for such day plus the Applicable Margin. (b) Each ABR Loan shall bear interest at a rate per annum equal to the ABR plus the Applicable Margin. (i) If all or a portion of the principal amount of any Loan or Reimbursement Obligation shall not be paid when due (whether at the stated maturity, by acceleration or otherwise), all outstanding Loans and Reimbursement Obligations (whether or not overdue) shall bear interest at a rate per annum equal to (x) in the case of the Loans, the rate that would otherwise be applicable thereto pursuant to the foregoing provisions of this Section plus 2% or (y) in the case of Reimbursement Obligations, the rate applicable to ABR Loans under the Revolving Facility plus 2%, and (ii) if all or a portion of any interest payable on any Loan or Reimbursement Obligation or any commitment fee or other amount payable hereunder shall not be paid when due (whether at the stated maturity, by acceleration or otherwise), such overdue amount shall bear interest at a rate per annum equal to the rate then applicable to ABR Loans under the relevant Facility plus 2% (or, in the case of any such other amounts that do not relate to a particular Facility, the rate then applicable to ABR Loans under the Revolving Facility plus 2%), in each case, with respect to clauses (i) and (ii) above, from the date of such non-payment until such amount is paid in full (as well after as before judgment). (d) Interest shall be payable in arrears on each Interest Payment Date, provided that interest accruing pursuant to paragraph (c) of this Section shall be payable from time to time on demand.

  • PREVAILING WAGE RATES - PUBLIC WORKS AND BUILDING SERVICES CONTRACTS If any portion of work being Bid is subject to the prevailing wage rate provisions of the Labor Law, the following shall apply:

  • Schedule of Rates and Charges Any subconsultant rates and charges set forth in the Schedule of Rates and Charges must be the subconsultant’s actual rates and charges exclusive of any markup. The City will compensate the Consultant in accordance with those rates and charges.

  • Overhead Rates The Engineer shall use the provisional overhead rate indicated in Attachment E. If a periodic escalation of the provisional overhead rate is specified in Attachment E, the effective date of the revised provisional overhead rate must be included. For lump sum contracts, the overhead rate remains unchanged for the entire contract period.

  • Separate Central and Local Terms The collective agreement shall consist of two parts. Part “A” shall comprise those terms which are central terms. Part “B” shall comprise those terms which are local terms.

  • Reporting of Total Compensation of Subrecipient Executives 1. Applicability and what to report. Unless you are exempt as provided in paragraph d. of this award term, for each first-tier subrecipient under this award, you shall report the names and total compensation of each of the subrecipient's five most highly compensated executives for the subrecipient's preceding completed fiscal year, if-- i. in the subrecipient's preceding fiscal year, the subrecipient received-- (A) 80 percent or more of its annual gross revenues from Federal procurement contracts (and subcontracts) and Federal financial assistance subject to the Transparency Act, as defined at 2 CFR 170.320 (and subawards); and (B) $25,000,000 or more in annual gross revenues from Federal procurement contracts (and subcontracts), and Federal financial assistance subject to the Transparency Act (and subawards); and ii. The public does not have access to information about the compensation of the executives through periodic reports filed under section 13(a) or 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (15 U.S.C. 78m(a), 78o(d)) or section 6104 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. (To determine if the public has access to the compensation information, see the U.S. Security and Exchange Commission total compensation filings at xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/answers/execomp.htm.) 2. Where and when to report. You must report subrecipient executive total compensation described in paragraph c.1. of this award term: i. To the recipient. ii. By the end of the month following the month during which you make the subaward. For example, if a subaward is obligated on any date during the month of October of a given year (i.e., between October 1 and 31), you must report any required compensation information of the subrecipient by November 30 of that year.

  • Non-Student Rates The Residence Fees payable under this Agreement are a special student rate for full-time students of the Institution. If the Resident ceases to be a full-time student of the Institution, and wishes to continue to occupy a Room: (i) the Resident must deliver a written request to the Manager no later than two (2) business days after ceasing to be a full-time student of the Institution, which the Manager may accept or reject in its sole and unfettered discretion, and (ii) if the request is accepted by the Manager, the Resident must pay within two (2) business days of receiving notice of that acceptance (a) any unpaid Residence Fees (whether or not otherwise due) and (b) a supplementary fee equal to the difference between (1) the product of the number of days remaining in the Term as of two (2) business days after the date on which the Resident ceases to be a full-time student of the Institution and the daily conference rate then charged by the Manager for rooms in the Residence, minus (2) the Residence Fees.

  • Royalty Rates (i) Licensee shall pay Licensor a royalty of []* (the "Patent Royalty") on quarterly Net Sales of Licensed Product by Licensee, its Affiliates ---------- * This portion of the Exhibit has been omitted pursuant to a request for Confidential Treatment under Rule 406 of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.   • Sleeping Room Rate(s) A. The Contractor shall provide sleeping rooms to the Attendees at the following rate during the Program: i. For single occupancy room, $@@@.@@ per night per room. B. The Contractor agrees that it will waive all applicable taxes and surcharges for Attendees listed on the Master Account Approval List, pursuant to the Hotel/Motel Transient Occupancy Tax Waiver (Exemption Certificate for State Agencies) form signed by the Judicial Council and included in this Agreement in Exhibit H. C. The Contractor may xxxx tax and/or surcharges, and/or tourism fees, if any, in addition to as included in the sleeping room rate, as set forth in this provision. D. The Contractor shall extend the sleeping room rate to Attendees two (2) Days before the Program and two (2) Days after the Program based on availability.
