PAYMENT FOR CONTRACTOR'S SERVICES. 4.1 For performance of the services herein, UNDP shall pay the Contractor, [in local currency, the equivalent of US$ per month, which sum includes US$ per guard, or US$___ per day for each guard for periods less than a month]. 4.2 Full payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of the invoice, unless UNDP disputes the invoice or a portion thereof. With respect to disputes regarding only a portion of the invoice, UNDP shall pay the Contractor the amount of the undisputed portion within thirty (30) days. Once a dispute regarding an invoice or a portion thereof has been resolved, UNDP shall pay the Contractor within thirty (30) days.

PAYMENT FOR CONTRACTOR'S SERVICES. During the term of this Agreement and Contractor’s satisfactory performance, the Court shall refer all offenders ordered to serve time on probation, to Contractor for purposes of probation supervision services. Contractor is authorized to collect authorized Probation Fees set forth in Exhibit A for each month or portion of a month a probationer is under probation supervision.
PAYMENT FOR CONTRACTOR'S SERVICES. AFC will pay Contractor according to the terms specified in the Termination Agreement and General Release and as detailed in Attachment A hereof.
PAYMENT FOR CONTRACTOR'S SERVICES. For regular probation supervision which includes a minimum of one (1) office contact per month and may require as many as four (4), the probationer shall pay a fee of $40.00 per month. For intensive probation supervision which includes a minimum of one (1) office contact per week and four (4) office contacts each month, probationer shall pay a fee of $50.00 per month. Contractor shall collect such probation fee for each month a probationer is under probation supervision. A one (1) month supervision fee is defined as the date the probationer is placed on probation and runs through the monthly anniversary date each month. If a probationer is supervised past. the monthly anniversary date, the probationer will be charged one (1) months supervision fee. PAYMENT FOR CONTRACTOR'S SERVICES. (a) As payment in full for the services described in this Contract (except as expressly set forth otherwise herein), the Board agrees to pay an administrative fee according to the following formula: $2.70 multiplied by the number of contracts for a particular month, multiplied by the average contract size for that month. [Example: $2.70 times 40,000 contracts times a 2.6 average contract size equals a fee of $280,800 for that month.]

(c) The per member per month administrative fee is $2.80 effective January 1, 2011 and will be adjusted annually, during the initial term of the contract, as of January 1 of each year, to reflect an increase over the prior year’s fee equal to the greater of (a) four percent (4%) or (b) the percentage change in the Milwaukee All Goods Consumer Price Index as published by the United States Department of Labor (“Index”). The change in the Index shall be determined as of December 1 of each year, by comparing the Index for the most recent month then available to the Index for the year prior to that month (for example, by comparing the Index for October, 2011 to the Index for October, 2010).
PAYMENT FOR CONTRACTOR'S SERVICES. (a) The per member per month administrative fee as described in Amendment 1, Part 6, Section 6.01 (c) is $2.60, effective April 1, 2012. (b) This amended per member per month administrative fee replaces the previously agreed upon $2.91 per member per month administrative fee that was in force on April 1, 2012, and that had been calculated in accordance with Amendment 1, Part 6, Section 6.01 of the Contract.

PAYMENT FOR CONTRACTOR'S SERVICES. In consideration for the services to be performed by WSI hereunder, Client agrees to pay WSI in accordance with Exhibit B and fully incorporated herein by this reference. For specific services such as website design a fifty percent (50%) deposit is required prior to any performance of services pursuant to Exhibit B. In the event this Agreement is terminated in accordance with the provisions of Article 6 below, or for any other reason, WSI shall be compensated for services rendered through the effective date of such termination and any deposit, if applicable, shall be non-refundable.

  • PAYMENT FOR GOODS AND SERVICES a. DIR Customer shall comply with Chapter 2251, Texas Government Code, or applicable local law, in making payments to the Vendor. Payment under a DIR Contract shall not foreclose the right to recover wrongful payments. b. Payments must be made in accordance with laws and procedures applicable to DIR Customer. c. DIR Customer agrees to pay the rates and/or prices set by DIR with its vendors. DIR Customer understands these rates and/or prices include a DIR administrative fee. d.   • SERVICES BY CONTRACTOR'S OWN STAFF 8.1. The services to be performed hereunder shall be performed by CONTRACTOR's own staff, unless otherwise authorized in writing by the OWNER. The employment of, contract with, or use of the services of any other person or firm by CONTRACTOR, as independent contractor or otherwise, shall be subject to the prior written approval of the OWNER. No provision of this Agreement shall, however, be construed as constituting an agreement between the OWNER and any such other person or firm. Nor shall anything contained herein be deemed to give any such party or any third party any claim or right of action against the OWNER beyond such as may otherwise exist without regard to this Agreement.

  • Payment for Services Contractor shall exert reasonable and diligent efforts to collect prompt payment from the Commonwealth. Contractor shall pay Subcontractor in proportion to amounts received from the Commonwealth which are attributable to the Services performed by Subcontractor.
