PAYMENT FOR CONTRACTOR'S SERVICES. During the term of this Agreement and Contractor’s satisfactory performance, the Court shall refer all offenders ordered to serve time on probation, to Contractor for purposes of probation supervision services. Contractor is authorized to collect authorized Probation Fees set forth in Exhibit A for each month or portion of a month a probationer is under probation supervision.

PAYMENT FOR CONTRACTOR'S SERVICES. In consideration for the services to be performed by WSI hereunder, Client agrees to pay WSI in accordance with Exhibit B and fully incorporated herein by this reference. For specific services such as website design a fifty percent (50%) deposit is required prior to any performance of services pursuant to Exhibit B. In the event this Agreement is terminated in accordance with the provisions of Article 6 below, or for any other reason, WSI shall be compensated for services rendered through the effective date of such termination and any deposit, if applicable, shall be non-refundable.
