Website Design. Your Website Production Specialist will coordinate your design brief and direct our graphics team to create your site design. You agree to supply essential visual materials such as your practice logo and photographs of you, your team and your practice in a timely manner. We will provide access for you to review and approve your website before publishing it to the Internet.

Website Design. This product includes eCommerce website design services built to work on some of the most popular eCommerce website platforms (BigCommerce, Shopify, WooCommerce, Websites 360 Shop App, etc.) These services may appear on your service agreement as “Shopify Design,” “WooCommerce Design,” “Woo360 Design,” or “BigCommerce Xxxxxx.Xxxxxxx development is a fluid process dependent on several factors, including, but not limited to, Client response time on questions and approvals, Client response time for delivering website content, and requests for additional rounds of revisions. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee your website will “Go Live” on any set timeline. We will, however, strive to minimize response times on our end and bring your website live as soon as practicable. Unless you have contracted for a Custom Website Design, a site will be developed for you based on our standard website design layouts. If you require specialized functionality and/or complex design features, you will need to contract for a Custom Website Design. If you have contracted for Custom Website Design services, it will be clearly stated as “Custom Website Design” on your Service Agreement and will include both a scope of work and an estimated work hour quote. Additional information regarding Custom Website design is included in Section 1.n.
Website Design. Subject to the terms of this Agreement and only in furtherance of the Website Services that Advertiser has purchased, Publisher grants to Advertiser a personal, non-transferable, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, limited license to use the Website design and layout as created by Publisher, solely on the Website, for the term of Advertiser’s Website Services. The Website and any derivative works may only be operated, hosted, and edited using the Interface and platform which Publisher makes available. Except as expressly permitted by the limited license in this Section, Advertiser shall not, directly or indirectly, use the Website design or layout or any derivative work or images provided by Publisher for use on the Website for any purpose other than in in relation to the applicable Services, nor disable or circumvent any access control or related device, process, or procedure established with respect to the Website. Additional assistance provided by Publisher with respect to the design and implementation of the Website shall vary depending on the level of Website Services purchased, as identified on the applicable Order.
Website Design. The design of the Website shall be in substantial conformity with the specifications. Nero One Solutions(s) shall develop the website to project the highest professional image. All materials, texts, Images and other content for the web app to be supplied by the Company (the “Owner Content”) may be provided in soft format via email or WhatsApp. Files will be provided in standard word processing text format, or, if images, digitally in PNG, EPG, JPEG, or Photoshop format. Winning Hearts Consult & Trading agrees to provide all Owner Content within a reasonable time for Nero One Solutions to timely meet the requirements of the Development Schedule or as otherwise specified in the Development Schedule.
Website Design. 10.1. The College website and other college publications are the primary responsibility of the design staff of SBSTech. All of work is completed in a manner secondary to this primary goal. 10.2. Departmental websites and graphics projects are completed on a case-by- case basis at the discretion of the Director. The Director maintains the right to re-assign the staff at any time as the needs of the college/Xxxx dictate. 10.2.1. If SBSTech elects to provide website support to a department, it is for the design process only. Routine maintenance is the responsibility of the individual department. 10.2.2. Unless otherwise noted, initial data population is the responsibility of the department. 10.2.3. SBSTech requires that an individual be appointed by the Department to work with the design staff. That person is to act as the conduit for all information provided. 10.2.4. A letter of agreement will be developed between the Department and SBSTech detailing the level of work and any time constraints. Sign-offs are required by both parties. 10.2.5. Fees may be assessed by SBSTech to cover expenses incurred in the design of website, these will be detailed in the letter of agreement. 10.2.6. Additional information TBA 10.3. Individual/course website(s) will not be designed/developed/maintained for faculty/staff by SBSTech.
Website Design. 3C.1 Website design services are provided as per your Proposal with On Data. An approximate timing schedule is provided at the time of the Proposal. Failure to provide assets, content, feedback or other items within the specified time will delay the setup of the Website. 3C.2 After the launch of a website, the client is responsible for backing up their Website on a regular basis. If requested to do so by the client, On Data will provide assistance to the client regarding set up of its website backup. On Data will take regular backups for websites hosted with us, however, we advise clients to take their own backups in addition. In the event that your Website goes down or encounters another error, and it is hosted on a website server other than the On Data server, we are not responsible for bringing your Website back online. 3C.3 Where plugins have been used within a website, or on a platform that requires version control, is it the responsibility of the client to manage and maintain these, once the Website is live. On Data will ensure all plugins and CMS versioning are up to date when the site is launched, however, ongoing, this is required by the client to manage. On Data offers services to help keep these up to date, should this not be an option to be maintained by the client. Where plugins have ongoing fees attached, it is also the client's responsibility to ensure payment is current to ensure using that plugin's service. On Data is not responsible for checking through each site and ensuring payments, plugins or CMS versions are up to date, once launched.
Website Design. 4.1 Whilst every endeavour will be made to ensure that the website and any scripts or programmes are free of errors, ORIGINBLU cannot accept responsibility for any losses incurred due to malfunction of the website or any part of it. 4.2 The website, graphics and any programming code remain the property of ORIGINBLU until all outstanding accounts are paid in full. 4.3 Any scripts, applications or software (unless specifically agreed) written by ORIGINBLU remain the copyright of ORIGINBLU and may only be commercially reproduced or resold with the permission of ORIGINBLU. 4.4 The CUSTOMER agrees to make available as soon as reasonably possible to ORIGINBLU, all materials required to complete the site to the agreed standard and within the set deadline. 4.5 ORIGINBLU cannot take responsibility for any copyright infringements caused by the materials submitted by the CUSTOMER. ORIGINBLU reserves the right to refuse any material of a copyrighted nature unless adequate proof is given of the permission to use such material. 4.6 ORIGINBLU will not be liable for costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the failure to meet agreed deadlines. 4.7 ORIGINBLU will not be liable or become involved in any dispute between the CUSTOMER and their clients and cannot be held responsible for wrongdoing on the part of the CUSTOMER. 4.8 ORIGINBLU will not be liable for any costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the work being carried out on behalf of the CUSTOMER or any of the CUSTOMERS appointed agents. 4.9 A deposit of 50% is required with any project before any design work will be carried out. Once a website has been designed and completed the final balance of payment is then due in accordance with ORIGINBLU’S payment terms. There are no exceptions to this, i.e. if the CUSTOMER decides they no longer want the site, the deposit will be retained and the CUSTOMER will still be liableto pay for the work that has been done. Non- Payment will result in legal action being taken if necessary.

Website Design. 4.2.4.1. Imaginet will provide the Customer with a telephonic consultation prior to commission of services. This consultation will serve as the basis for commission website design and a recommendation for services will be provided together with a quotation according to the Customer’s website requirements. 4.2.4.2. Design will commence after receipt of this agreement and upon receipt of all relevant text and images by Imaginet’s Development Team. All content must be submitted together with this agreement which will need to be signed, initialled and completed as necessary. 4.2.4.2.1. Should the Customer not have an existing account with Imaginet, a completed application form will also need to be submitted prior to design commencing. 4.2.4.3. Design will be completed within fourteen (14) working days of receipt of documents.
Website Design. 6.1 On agreeing to move forwards with the website, the Customer agrees to work closely with Baqqa and provide any content/images and any other information that is relevant to build the website 6.2 Any content must be provided in the requested format e.g. Word or Excel and Baqqa has the right to reject any materials that do not conform to these requirements

Failure to provide content or other items within the specified time will delay the setup of the website. 7.2 Website design costs may be subsidised by Zephyr Social and set out in Schedule 1. If the Client discontinues the development of the website at any stage prior to completion, the Client is liable to pay this subsidised amount. Further, if the Client discontinues the development of the website at any stage prior to completion, the Client is responsible for any fees associated with the completion of the website as outlined in their Website Design Agreement. 7.3 After the launch of a website, the Client is responsible for backing up their website on a regular basis, unless the website is hosted by Zephyr Social. In the event that the Clients website goes down and it is hosted on a website server other than the Zephyr Social server, we are not responsible for bringing the website back online.
