Payment for Holiday. If an employee is scheduled to work on any calendar holiday as specified in Section 6.1, he/she shall be paid at the rate of two (2) times (which includes holiday pay) his/her normal hourly rate for all hours worked. If the employee is not required to work on a calendar holiday specified in Section 6.1, such employee shall be paid eight (8) hours at straight time for such holiday. All holiday time shall be considered time worked for the purposes of computing overtime except where the holiday falls on the employee's day off.
Payment for Holiday. If an employee is scheduled to work on a paid holiday under this Agreement, except for Christmas, New Year’s Day, and Xx. Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx’x Birthday, he/she shall be paid at the rate of two and one-half (2 ½) times his/her regular hourly rate (which includes holiday pay) for all hours worked. An employee working on Christmas, New Year’s Day and Xx. Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx’x Birthday shall be paid at the rate of two (2) times his/her regular hourly rate (which includes holiday pay) for all hours worked plus eight

Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx’x Birthday, he/she shall be paid at the rate of two and one-half (2½) times his/her regular hourly rate (which in- cludes holiday pay) for all hours worked. An employee working on Christmas, New Year’s Day and Xx. Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx’x Birthday shall be paid at the rate of two (2) times his/her regular hourly rate (which includes holiday pay) for all hours worked plus 8 hours off with pay (compensatory time) if the employee is a full-time employee and pro rata time off if the employee is a part-time employee. If a full-time hourly employee is not required to work on a paid holiday under this Agreement, such employee shall be paid eight hours at his/her regular straight time hourly rate for such holiday.
