Payment for Work on a Statutory Holiday. All work on a statutory holiday, up to ten and one-half (10.5) hours, shall be paid at one hundred fifty percent (150%) of straight time rate. All work in excess of ten and one-half (10.5) hours shall be at two hundred percent (200%). Christmas Day that falls on a regular business day will be paid at two hundred percent (200%) for all time worked. Christmas Day that falls on a Saturday or a Sunday is deemed a Super Statutory Holiday and shall be paid at two hundred and fifty percent (250%) of regular rates for all time worked.

Payment for Work on a Statutory Holiday. All work on a statutory holiday, up to seven and one-half (7 1/2) shall be paid at one hundred fifty percent (150%) of straight time rate. All work in excess of seven and one-half (7 1/2) hours shall be at two hundred percent (200%). All work on a Super Stat shall be paid at 200% and in excess of (7 ½) hours at 300%.
Payment for Work on a Statutory Holiday. (a) All work performed on a Statutory Holiday shall be compensated at one and one half (1 1/2) times the regular wage rate for the first eight (8) hours worked in that day and two (2) times the regular wage rate for all hours worked in excess of eight (8) in that day.

  • Payment for Working Overtime on a Holiday Where an employee is required to work authorized overtime in excess of his regularly scheduled hours on a paid holiday, such employee shall receive twice (2x) his regular straight time hourly rate for such authorized overtime.

  • Payment for Working on a Holiday (The following clause is applicable to part-time employees only) The holidays listed in the part-time local Appendix for the purposes of Article 16.03(b) shall be the same holidays as are listed in the full-time Local Provisions Appendix. If an employee is required to work on any of the holidays set out in the local Appendix the employee shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half (1-1/2) her regular straight time hourly rate of pay for all hours worked on such holiday.

  • Compensation for Work on a Holiday (a) Where an Employee is regularly scheduled to work, in accordance with Article 14, and her regularly scheduled day of work falls on a paid holiday, as defined in Article 18.01, she shall receive compensation equal to two and one-half (2 ½) times her regular rate of pay as follows:

  • Statutory Holiday All time worked on such Statutory Holidays as are provided for in this Agreement shall be considered as overtime and shall be paid at two hundred percent (200%) of the employee's regular straight-time rate, or the employee may elect to be paid straight-time rates for the overtime hours and take an equal number of hours as time off. Such time off must be taken according to a schedule acceptable to the employee's Supervisor within thirty (30) days of the end of the pay period in which the overtime was worked.

  • 000 STATUTORY HOLIDAYS 18.100 The following days will constitute the recognized holidays within the terms of this agreement. Any other holiday proclaimed by either the Provincial or Federal Government will be automatically recognized within this Agreement.

  • Work on a Paid Holiday A) Regular Employee

  • Work on a Holiday If an employee works on an approved holiday, in addition to their holiday pay, they will be compensated at the rate of two (2) times their regular hourly rate for all hours worked on the holiday.

  • Annual Holidays (i) On completion of 12 months continuous service an employee shall be entitled to annual paid leave of 4 working weeks.
