PAYMENT OF WAGES AND PREMIUMS. Article 12.01 Travel Expense Article 12.02 Wages shall be paid the 5th and 20th of every month. Article 12.03 Wages shall be paid in accordance with the rates of pay as listed in Appendix "A", appended hereto.

Simcoe Street Cooling Plant: Effective date of ratification, there will be an In Charge premium of $1.02 per hour payable to the 3rd Class Engineer scheduled “In Charge” on the day shift (8am to 8pm), during the operating season (cooling season) only. Effective April 1, 2020, $1.04 per hour, and effective April 1, 2021, $1.07 per hour. No Pyramiding: the “In Charge” premium shall not be included when calculating premium and overtime rates of pay. Merit Premiums: Any employee in the Bargaining Unit who acquires an Operating Engineer’s Certificate at a level higher than the level at which he is employed will receive a premium of One Dollar and Fifty Cents ($1.50) per hour. Any employee in the Bargaining Unit who acquires a Millwright Ticket will receive a premium of fifty cents ($.50) per hour. Said premiums are surrendered when the employee is promoted to the corresponding classification level*. Every employee claiming entitlement to a merit premium is required to provide satisfactory proof of completion to the Corporation and will be paid said premium from the date such proof is provided. The merit premium cannot be claimed by students, part-time employees, or probationary employees until probation is completed. The merit premium can be claimed by a Millwright only when he acquires a Operating Engineer’s Certificate at 2nd Class or 1st Class and not for any lesser Operating Engineer’s Certificate. * An interim premium is payable to 2nd Class Operating Engineers who successfully complete six (6) of seven (7) 1st Class modules, including boilers and auxiliary. The interim premium shall be One Dollar and Ten Cents ($1.10) per hour.   • Outages and Maintenance In the event that a Registry Operator plans maintenance, it will provide notice to the ICANN emergency operations department, at least, twenty-four (24) hours ahead of that maintenance. ICANN’s emergency operations department will note planned maintenance times, and suspend Emergency Escalation services for the monitored services during the expected maintenance outage period. If Registry Operator declares an outage, as per its contractual obligations with ICANN, on services under a service level agreement and performance requirements, it will notify the ICANN emergency operations department. During that declared outage, ICANN’s emergency operations department will note and suspend emergency escalation services for the monitored services involved.

  • Payment of Taxes, Insurance and Other Charges; Collections Thereunder With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the Seller shall maintain accurate records reflecting the status of ground rents, taxes, assessments and other charges which are or may become a lien upon the Mortgaged Property and the status of premiums for Primary Mortgage Insurance Policies and fire and hazard insurance coverage and shall obtain, from time to time, all bills for the payment of such charges (including renewal premiums) and shall effect payment thereof prior to the applicable penalty or termination date and at a time appropriate for securing maximum discounts allowable, employing for such purpose deposits of the Mortgagor in the Escrow Account which shall have been estimated and accumulated by the Seller in amounts sufficient for such purposes, as allowed under the terms of the Mortgage. To the extent that a Mortgage does not provide for Escrow Payments, the Seller shall determine that any such payments are made by the Mortgagor. The Seller assumes full responsibility for the timely payment of all such bills and shall effect timely payments of all such bills irrespective of each Mortgagor’s faithful performance in the payment of same or the making of the Escrow Payments and shall make Servicing Advances to effect such payments, subject to its ability to recover such Servicing Advances pursuant to Subsections 11.05(c), 11.05(d) and 11.07(b). No costs incurred by the Seller or subservicers in effecting the payment of ground rents, taxes, assessments and other charges on the Mortgaged Properties or mortgage or hazard insurance premiums shall, for the purpose of calculating remittances to the Purchaser, be added to the amount owing under the related Mortgage Loans, notwithstanding that the terms of such Mortgage Loans so permit.

  • - Overtime Premium and No Pyramiding Subject to any superior conditions, the overtime rate shall be time and one-half (1-1/2) the employee's straight-time hourly rate. Where an employee is required to work additional overtime contiguous to an overtime shift within a twenty-four (24) hour period, the employee will be compensated at the rate of double time his or her straight time hourly rate for all additional contiguous overtime hours worked. Overtime premium will not be duplicated nor pyramided nor shall other premiums be duplicated nor pyramided nor shall the same hours worked be counted as part of the normal work week and also as hours for which the overtime premium is paid.
