  • PAYMENT OF WAGES AND ALLOWANCES 25.01 The Employer shall pay salaries and wages bi-weekly in accordance with Schedule “A” attached hereto and forming part of this Agreement. On each pay day, each Employee shall be provided with an itemized statement of his/her wages and deductions. Deficiencies in an Employee’s pay in excess of $50.00 shall be paid by way of an advance within three (3) days of advising the Employer.

  • Payment of Wages Wages will be paid weekly by electronic funds transfer (EFT). The employer shall comply with all provisions in relation to the keeping of time and wage records and production of pay slips in accordance with the Industrial Relations Xxx 0000.   • Outages and Maintenance In the event that a Registry Operator plans maintenance, it will provide notice to the ICANN emergency operations department, at least, twenty-four (24) hours ahead of that maintenance. ICANN’s emergency operations department will note planned maintenance times, and suspend Emergency Escalation services for the monitored services during the expected maintenance outage period. If Registry Operator declares an outage, as per its contractual obligations with ICANN, on services under a service level agreement and performance requirements, it will notify the ICANN emergency operations department. During that declared outage, ICANN’s emergency operations department will note and suspend emergency escalation services for the monitored services involved.

  • Payment of Fees and Charges 3.1 The Participant shall pay to the Service Provider the fees and charges as long as this Agreement continues in force.
