PERSONNEL ADVISORY COMMITTEE. 3.5.1 The parties acknowledge that staff morale and employee job satisfaction are enhanced where the views of all employees are taken into account before decisions are made. Consultative arrangements will be established in each school site to ensure the Principal’s responsibility to make school based human resource management decisions is carried out in a framework that enables staff to have genuine and direct input into the decisions that affect human resources in their school and their working life.

PERSONNEL ADVISORY COMMITTEE. There shall be a Personnel Advisory Committee consisting of the CWE Education Director, two (2) Education or Project Directors from member unions, and three (3) teacher representatives designated by the CWE/UFT Chapter, at least one of whom shall be a part-time teacher. The Personnel Advisory Committee shall maintain Certified Lists of part-time teachers and paraprofessionals, according to their qualifications and seniority, which shall provide the basis for implementing contractual provisions where seniority and/or qualification is a consideration. The Certified Lists established by the Personnel Advisory Committee shall be available to employees.
PERSONNEL ADVISORY COMMITTEE. 26.01 There shall be a Personnel Advisory Committee comprised of representatives of the City, one of whom shall be the Director of Labour Relations or designate, and the Institute, one of whom shall be the CIPP Executive Director or designate. The Committee shall meet on an ad-hoc basis, but no less than twice a year, to discuss matters of mutual concern and interest. A request for a meeting shall be made in writing prior to the date proposed and accompanied by an agenda of matters proposed to be discussed which shall not include matters that are properly the subject of grievance or negotiations for the amendment or renewal of this agreement.
PERSONNEL ADVISORY COMMITTEE l60l The Employer and the Union agree to set up a Committee to be known as the Personnel Advisory Committee composed of two representatives of the Employer, two representatives of the Union and the Director of Administration. l602 This Committee shall meet from time to time as required in order to consider matters of mutual interest and to exchange views for the purpose of assuring continuing good relations between the parties. l603 Either party to the Agreement may formally request that a meeting of the Committee be held and the meeting shall be convened within two days.

  • FISCAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE Recognizing the value of Union input on behalf of employees, the parties agree to the following:

  • Staffing Committee A. Responsibilities. The Nurse Staffing Committee (“NSC”) shall be responsible for determining the Institute’s staffing plan and resolving complaints raised by nurses regarding the implementation of the plan as well as those activities required of it under RCW 70.41, et seq and its successors.

  • EMPLOYEE-MANAGEMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE 33.01 (a) An Employee-Management Advisory Committee (EMAC) shall be established within three (3) months of the signing of the Collective Agreement. The Union Representative shall provide the names of up to three (3) elected Employees and the Employer shall provide the names of up to three (3) appointed representatives to sit on the EMAC.

  • Benefits Advisory Committee The Board agrees to establish a Benefits Advisory Committee to provide stakeholder input into maintaining quality and affordable benefits. The focus of this committee shall be to:

  • JOINT ADVISORY COMMITTEE 5.01 A Joint Advisory Committee shall operate during the term of this agreement consisting of one (1) employee representative from each location and up to an equal number of employer representatives who shall meet at least once every six (6) months to discuss working conditions, economy of operation, quality and quantity of service, safety and health, workplace stress, violence and abuse prevention, and other matters to promote an ongoing harmonious relationship between the Employer and its employees. The Joint Advisory Committee shall meet at the request of either party. The full-time Union Representative may attend said meetings. All time spent attending Joint Advisory Committee meetings by employees shall be considered time worked but time spent at “pre-meetings” will not be considered time worked.

  • Technical Advisory Committee (TAC The goal of this subtask is to create an advisory committee for this Agreement. The TAC should be composed of diverse professionals. The composition will vary depending on interest, availability, and need. TAC members will serve at the CAM’s discretion. The purpose of the TAC is to: • Provide guidance in project direction. The guidance may include scope and methodologies, timing, and coordination with other projects. The guidance may be based on: o Technical area expertise; o Knowledge of market applications; or o Linkages between the agreement work and other past, present, or future projects (both public and private sectors) that TAC members are aware of in a particular area. • Review products and provide recommendations for needed product adjustments, refinements, or enhancements. • Evaluate the tangible benefits of the project to the state of California, and provide recommendations as needed to enhance the benefits. • Provide recommendations regarding information dissemination, market pathways, or commercialization strategies relevant to the project products. The TAC may be composed of qualified professionals spanning the following types of disciplines: • Researchers knowledgeable about the project subject matter; • Members of trades that will apply the results of the project (e.g., designers, engineers, architects, contractors, and trade representatives); • Public interest market transformation implementers; • Product developers relevant to the project; • U.S. Department of Energy research managers, or experts from other federal or state agencies relevant to the project; • Public interest environmental groups; • Utility representatives; • Air district staff; and • Members of relevant technical society committees. The Recipient shall: • Prepare a List of Potential TAC Members that includes the names, companies, physical and electronic addresses, and phone numbers of potential members. The list will be discussed at the Kick-off meeting, and a schedule for recruiting members and holding the first TAC meeting will be developed. • Recruit TAC members. Ensure that each individual understands member obligations and the TAC meeting schedule developed in subtask 1.11. • Prepare a List of TAC Members once all TAC members have committed to serving on the TAC. • Submit Documentation of TAC Member Commitment (such as Letters of Acceptance) from each TAC member.   • Advisory Committee The Settling State shall designate an Opioid Settlement Remediation Advisory Committee (the “Advisory Committee”) to provide input and recommendations regarding remediation spending from that Settling State’s Abatement Accounts Fund. A Settling State may elect to use an existing advisory committee or similar entity (created outside of a State-Subdivision Agreement or Allocation Statute); provided, however, the Advisory Committee or similar entity shall meet the following requirements:

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.

  • Labour Management Committee (a) Where the parties mutually agree that there are matters of mutual concern and interest that would be beneficial if discussed at a Labour-Management Committee Meeting during the term of this Agreement, the following shall apply.

  • JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE 18.01 A Joint Labour Management Committee shall be established to attend to those matters which are of mutual interest. To ensure its effectiveness the Committee shall be separate and apart from the grievance procedure.
