PICK UP SERVICE. A. Upon the County stockpiling 10 empty containers, the Contractor or his agent shall be required to remove the containers within five (5) County working days. For all chemical containers/drums delivered by the Contractor, not able to be disposed of in a normal trash pick-up, the Contractor or his agent will be required to pick-up, after use for proper disposal as required by all statutes, at no additional charge to the County. B. Of any product supplied by the Contractor no longer used by the County which includes components that could require special handling and or special disposal due to as received concentration.
PICK UP SERVICE. SPECIFICATIONS 5.1.1. Food and food supplies must be packed and handled in a sanitary manner to ensure absence of contamination and spillage. 5.1.2. County has the option to reject meals wherein the internal temperature of any cold food exceeds 40 degrees Fahrenheit and/or any frozen food exceeds 0 degrees Fahrenheit during any part of the delivery service.
PICK UP SERVICE. Compaq arranges for the pickup, warranty repair, and return of customer's unit - including any necessary packaging and shipping expense. Pick-up warranty available in the US only. Pick-up Service on Armada 1700, SB, 3500, 6500, 7400 and 7800 units (only) is provided on a second business day total turnaround time basis (Restrictions may apply due to geographic limitations). Some monitors are eligible for coverage under the Compaq "End User Replaceable Parts" program. This allows customers to receive a whole unit replacement for a malfunctioning in-warranty monitor. Please refer to PaqFax document #1219 for details on utilizing the program, and for information on which monitors qualify for this level of service.
PICK UP SERVICE i. Prior to shipping, Customer shall submit to ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ a completed Shipping Instruction; and ii. Once the Shipping Instruction is accepted by ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ will accept a Shipment at (1) the location designated therein, or (2) a ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ location; and will deliver such Shipment to a Courier for onward shipment to a Consignee.
PICK UP SERVICE. Enterprise is in the business of providing a signature pickup service for our customers. At no additional charge, Enterprise will offer a ride to and from the local Enterprise office. If the free pickup service is desired , the renter can contact the rental branch at least thirty (30) minutes prior to their reservation using 1-800-rent-a-car from their pickup location.
PICK UP SERVICE. 4.2.1. The goods will be picked up by the Carrier in collection sites indicated by the Merchant to PayU, which must be located in the Areas of Coverage. 4.2.2. The Merchant shall provide to PayU information about the collection warehouses including the following information: City and Department, name of the Merchant, name of contact person, full address, contact phone number, number of items and their estimated size and weight. For fixed collections (every day), PayU will confirm the Merchant the schedule, which will be Monday through Saturday before 5:30 pm. The sporadic or not fixed collections must be announced to PayU before 12:00 pm, in order to coordinate with the Carrier for the same day. If they are not announced before that time, they will be scheduled for the next Merchant day. 4.2.2.1. If the pick up sites reported by the Merchant are outside of the Areas of Coverage, PayU may refuse to register them in the System as places enabled for delivery of the sold goods. 4.2.3. The Merchant will print the Transport Guides annexed to the goods that will be collected by the Carrier, and will have them available on the date notified by PayU. 4.2.3.1. The Merchant must also print and deliver to the Carrier a signed copy of the Delivery Declaration, and shall keep a copy signed by the Carrier of said document. If the Merchant does not give the Carrier all the goods listed in the Delivery Declaration, the Merchant or PayU will cancel the corresponding shipment order. In this case, the Merchant will assume the shipping cost for each of the Transport Guides not delivered by the Carrier, the cost will be debited by PayU to the Merchant’ Account.
PICK UP SERVICE. The Successful Contractor may be required to pick up different styles and types of equipment for repair. If due to the nature of the goods and/or services provided by the contractor are such that they may be excluded from coverage listed below, an addendum shall be made to the contract requesting coverage and limits required (Professional Liability, Work on bodies of water, Garage or tow services, Liquor liability are some examples). All subcontractors of the contractor are required to carry the same coverages and limits as the contractor. All Liability policies required are to be written on an “occurrence” basis unless an agreement, in writing, is made with ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County.

  • CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings.   • EPP service availability Refers to the ability of the TLD EPP servers as a group, to respond to commands from the Registry accredited Registrars, who already have credentials to the servers. The response shall include appropriate data from the Registry System. An EPP command with “EPP command RTT” 5 times higher than the corresponding SLR will be considered as unanswered. If 51% or more of the EPP testing probes see the EPP service as unavailable during a given time, the EPP service will be considered unavailable.

  • DNS service availability Refers to the ability of the group of listed-­‐as-­‐authoritative name servers of a particular domain name (e.g., a TLD), to answer DNS queries from DNS probes. For the service to be considered available at a particular moment, at least, two of the delegated name servers registered in the DNS must have successful results from “DNS tests” to each of their public-­‐DNS registered “IP addresses” to which the name server resolves. If 51% or more of the DNS testing probes see the service as unavailable during a given time, the DNS service will be considered unavailable.

  • Interconnection Customer Compensation for Actions During Emergency Condition The CAISO shall compensate the Interconnection Customer in accordance with the CAISO Tariff for its provision of real and reactive power and other Emergency Condition services that the Interconnection Customer provides to support the CAISO Controlled Grid during an Emergency Condition in accordance with Article 11.6.

  • IN-SERVICE When a nurse attends any in-service programme during her/his regularly scheduled working hours, she/he shall suffer no loss of pay. When a nurse is unable to do so, and attends the in-service programme outside her/his regularly scheduled hours, she/he shall be paid for all time attendance at her/his straight time rate of pay. If attendance is mandatory all applicable premiums will apply.
