Planned Work. We can interrupt or disconnect Your electricity supply if the Network Operator needs to carry out planned work on the Electricity Network. If this occurs, We will provide You with notice of any planned work as required by any Relevant Regulations.

Planned Work. 27.10.1 Where planned work to be performed by a Party may affect the safety of the other Party=s personnel, the Party performing the work shall provide the other Party with all required Work Protection documentation and related notices in writing or by such other means as they may agree in writing. 27.10.2 Where planned work on the facilities of a Party: (a) requires the participation or cooperation of the other Party; or (b) could adversely affect the normal operation of the other Party=s facilities, the other Party shall use commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate the planned work and shall negotiate in good faith the reasonable procedures and cost sharing criteria applicable to the planned work. 27.10.3 The Customer shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that all anticipated and planned outages of its facilities for each calendar year are submitted to the Transmitter by October 1st of the preceding year. 27.10.4 All planned work on the Customer=s facilities that may affect the Transmitter=s transmission facilities shall be scheduled by the Customer with the Transmitter=s Controlling Authority. 27.10.5. Where the Customer plans work on its facilities that: (a) requires a feeder breaker to be opened or operated; (b) requires any disconnection or isolation from any facilities of either Party that are less than 50 kV, such as a feeder breaker; (c) will result in load changes of greater than 5 MW; or (d) will involve a load transfer or a switching operation that directly affects the Transmitter=s transmission facilities, the Customer=s Controlling Authority shall submit a request to the Transmitter=s representative identified in Schedule A, including a request to provide a Supporting Guarantee where applicable. Such request shall be submitted in writing and shall be submitted at least four days in advance of the planned work or within such other period as the Parties may agree.
Planned Work. Planned work is all work that is normally undertaken to achieve the position objective and main duties as set out in a Statement of D uties for an employee when undertaking non- rostered shift work, other than any work that meets the definition of "unplanned work" in d) below. Planned work normally occurs between the hours of 0700 and 2300 on any day and should not normally exceed 10 working hours on any one day. Overtime is not to be paid for planned work.
Planned Work. 8.1 Should it be necessary for Planned Work to involve an interruption to telecommunications transmission on the Customer’s Optical Fibres, Neos Networks shall give the Customer as much notice as it is reasonably able to give but in any event not less than Ten (10) Working Days’ notice prior to the commencement of such Planned Work. In connection with the carrying out of Planned Work the Customer shall afford all reasonable assistance to Neos Networks short of financial contributions.
Planned Work a. The Provider will keep You informed of upgrades that become available to the Software. Upon request, the Provider will give You access to a remote demo installation of the Software upgrade for You to evaluate. You are responsible to perform any tests you deem necessary to determine if the upgrade is suitable for installation in your organization, including, if necessary, installation on your own test server. b. You may from time to time request enhancements or additions to the Software. This work including specification, design and implementation may be charged under this Software Agreement.

Planned Work. From time to time, Telinta will need to make service-affecting changes to its network. These may cause service outages or degraded service, depending on the nature of the work. These service outages are planned to occur during off-peak hours and are announced between one and three days prior to the planned date. We may also, if necessary, perform emergency network changes when the risk from a major outage is significant enough that we feel it prudent to make a service-affecting change outside of the maintenance window. Telinta makes every effort to accommodate the needs of our Customers and will reschedule or otherwise adjust planned maintenance to minimize the impact to particular customers.
