Position Vacancy Notice. The Position Vacancy Notice shall include the following information if it is applicable: Position Vacancy number, classification, qualifications appropriate to the classification level, position duties, salary range, hours of work, date of closure, tentative start date, term of position, trial or probationary period, whether the position is new or existing, and whether the position is subject to seasonal lay- offs or shutdowns. A copy of the Position Vacancy Notice will be sent to the Union Office electronically a minimum of five (5) working days prior to the date of closure.

(a) An electronic notification of the position vacancy shall be sent to the Local Union Office at the time that the job is posted and at other times upon request of the Union. (b) A Position Vacancy Notice may contain the following: “Preference may be given to applicants who are, or will be, a registered student studying in the Department which is posting the employment opportunity at the time that the duties of the position commence.” (c) Where the Employer requires that more than one position of the same classification and level be filled, the Employer may post a composite Position Vacancy Notice. Such notice shall provide a list of specific course names and numbers for the courses associated with the positions, job titles where applicable, and approximate number of hours for each of the listed positions. The notice shall also state that an applicant may indicate a preference for work associated with a particular course(s) on their application.

  • Dispute Notice If there is a dispute between the parties, then either party may give a notice to the other succinctly setting out the details of the dispute and stating that it is a dispute notice given under this clause 17.1.

Upon the occurrence of a Termination Event, (i) the Company shall promptly thereafter give written notice to the Purchase Contract Agent, the Collateral Agent and the Holders, at their addresses as they appear in the Security Register and (ii) the Collateral Agent shall, in accordance with Section 3.15, release the Notes (or security entitlements with respect thereto) underlying the Pledged Applicable Ownership Interests in Notes or the Applicable Ownership Interests in the Treasury Portfolio (as specified in clause (i) of the definition of Applicable Ownership Interest in the Treasury Portfolio) forming a part of each Corporate Unit or the Treasury Securities forming a part of each Treasury Unit, as the case may be, and any other Collateral from the Pledge.

  • CAFA Notice Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1715, not later than ten (10) days after the Agreement is filed with the Court, the Settlement Administrator shall cause to be served upon the Attorneys General of each U.S. State in which Settlement Class members reside, the Attorney General of the United States, and other required government officials, notice of the proposed settlement as required by law, subject to Paragraph 5.1 below.
