Posting and Notification. A. All bargaining unit positions, new or existing, will be posted in both the District Office and in each building after a vacancy occurs. Whenever possible, it will remain posted for a minimum of ten (10) working days before a vacancy is filled. In the summer months the PEA President or designee will be notified of all vacancies. Vacancies will also be posted outside the District Office.
