Pre-Employment Checks. The Executive acknowledges and agrees that the Executive’s employment, and this Agreement, are contingent upon satisfactory completion prior to the Start Date of pre-employment screening activities, including favorable reference checks of former employment, verification of the Executive’s ability to work in the United States, and educational background and criminal history checks. The Executive agrees to assist the Company as needed to facilitate the timely completion of such checks.

Pre-Employment Checks. You acknowledge that should any information you have provided to us, either during the recruitment process or prior to the offer of employment being made, be found to be false or misleading, or it is found that you have omitted information it may be considered serious misconduct and may lead to this offer of employment being revoked, or if this offer has been accepted then may lead to your summary dismissal or your employment being cancelled. This could include but is not limited to: • Failure to disclose a personal or familial relationship with a current employee of Restaurant Brands Ltd; • Providing responses to questions relating to criminal convictions which contradict the report obtained from the Ministry of Justice; • Confirming eligibility to work in New Zealand without the provision of documentary evidence; • Failing to disclose diagnosed medical conditions which could potentially impact on your ability to perform in the role.

Pre-Employment Checks. Subject to San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 12T, Contractor shall conduct pre-employment Criminal Records checks for all Guards assigned to this Agreement.

  • Re-Employment An employee who resigns her position and within sixty (60) days is re-employed, shall be granted a leave of absence without pay covering those days absent and shall retain all previous rights in relation to seniority and other fringe benefits subject to any benefit plan eligibility requirements.

  • Employment Benefit Plans Employee may participate in employee benefit plans in which other similarly situated employees may participate, according to the terms of applicable policies and as stated in the Employee Handbook. Employee acknowledges receipt of the Employee Handbook available on the intercompany website and will review and abide by its terms.

  • Post-Employment Cooperation Executive agrees to fully cooperate with the Employer in the defense or prosecution of any claims or actions now in existence or which may be brought in the future against or on behalf of the Employer which relate to events or occurrences that transpired or which failed to transpire while Executive was employed by the Employer. Executive also agrees to cooperate fully with the Employer in connection with any internal investigation or review, or any investigation or review by any federal, state or local regulatory authority, relating to events or occurrences that transpired or failed to transpire while Executive was employed by the Employer. Executive’s full cooperation in connection with such matters shall include, but not be limited to, providing information to counsel, being available to meet with counsel to prepare for discovery or trial and acting as a witness on behalf of the Employer at a mutually convenient times.

  • Employment Benefits In addition to the Salary payable to the Executive hereunder, the Executive shall be entitled to the following benefits:

  • During Employment During Employee’s employment hereunder, Employee shall not engage, directly or indirectly, as an employee, officer, director, partner, manager, consultant, agent, owner (other than a minority shareholder or other equity interest of not more than 1% of a company whose equity interests are publicly traded on a nationally recognized stock exchange or over-the-counter) or in any other capacity, in any competition with the Company or any of its subsidiaries.
