Prebid Meeting. Tetra Tech will attend a pre-bid meeting with the LCSE and invited contractors. Tetra Tech will help lead this meeting by presenting an overview of the design and helping with discussion on the specifications and plan details. Construction Engineering Support Tetra Tech will assist the LCSE with shop drawing submittal reviews and answering contractor requests for information (RFIs) during construction. Assumptions Tetra Tech will not be performing other bidding tasks (bid opening and recommendations), construction inspection, administration (e.g. pay application reviews, progress meetings, or addressing unforeseen conditions) or management. Tetra Tech will not be preparing As-Built drawings.

  • Notice of a meeting Notice of a meeting called pursuant to Section 13.4 shall be given to the Record Holders of the class or classes of Units for which a meeting is proposed in writing by mail or other means of written communication in accordance with Section 16.1.
