Preceptor Differential. A nurse who is assigned preceptor responsibilities shall receive a differential of two dollars ($2.00) per hour for any shift where they serve as a preceptor for nurses employed by the Medical Center. Preceptor differential shall be in addition to other applicable differentials or premiums, if any.
