DESCRIPTION OF GOODS AND SERVICES. 1. Specifications in Bidding Documents. The Contractor shall provide all goods and services required in the RFX that comply with the specifications contained in the RFX and the terms of the Contract, plus those goods, services and deliverables as may additionally be described in the Response.
2. Product Shipment and Delivery. All products shall be shipped F.O.B. destination. Destination shall be the location(s) specified in the RFX or any provided Purchase Instrument. All items shall be at the Contractor’s risk until they have been delivered and accepted by the receiving entity. All items shall be subject to inspection on delivery. Hidden damage will remain the responsibility of the Contractor to remedy without cost to the State Entity, regardless of when the hidden damage is discovered.

DESCRIPTION OF GOODS AND SERVICES. The services to be provided under the terms of this contract include the generation, distribution and retail sale of electricity to each customer’s property. These services are provided by the Rottnest Island Authority and its sub- contractors. All reasonable actions are taken to ensure the provision of quality services however, we cannot always control the quality, reliability or continuity of electricity delivered. We recommend you protect and insure your property against unexpected changes or interruptions to the electricity supply.
DESCRIPTION OF GOODS AND SERVICES. This contract is for Uniform Shirts for the State Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection (“DESPP”) as Client Agency.
DESCRIPTION OF GOODS AND SERVICES. (a) Electric Vehicle Charging Equipment ( EVC Equipment)
i. This Contract is for the Client Agency’s purchase of xxxxx 0, xxxxx 0 XXX Xxxxxxxxx and DC (Direct Current) fast charging EVC Equipment, warranty services, replacement and repair parts electric charging use technologies and payment for use technologies. Client Agency shall direct and approve all EVC Equipment configurations.
ii. This Contract does not provide for EVC Equipment installation services.
iii. The Client Agency shall be responsible for assuring that all installation of EVC Equipment is done so in accordance with Connecticut General Statute 29-252a.
iv. EVC Equipment offered in this Contract will comply with Connecticut’s 2005 State Building Code to ensure that the EVC Equipment is safe and meets all applicable State and Federal Regulations and codes.
v. EVC Equipment provided by the Contractor must be in compliance with durability and safety tests performed and approved by the Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. (UL), or an equivalent nationally recognized testing laboratory(ies).
vi. EVC Equipment provided by the Contractor will have the ability to operate with payment technology systems that comply with the Open Charge Point Protocol (OCPP). OCPP standards ensure that electric vehicle charging equipment includes computer hardware for payment systems that can accommodate software for providers of a variety of payment processing services.
vii. EVC Equipment payment for use systems provided by the Contractor (hardware and software) will accept all major credit and debit cards, cellular telephone payment systems.
viii. EVC Equipment provided by the Contractor will have the ability to record vehicle use data and provide reporting that details the EVC Equipment usage and vehicle specific usage information.
DESCRIPTION OF GOODS AND SERVICES. 3.1 The quantity, quality, description of and any specification for the Goods or Services shall be as set out in Hilti's acknowledgement of order or, in its absence, Hilti's quotation.
3.2 All descriptive matter, specifications and advertising issued by Hilti and any descriptions, details or illustrations contained in Hilti’s catalogues or brochures are issued or published for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the Goods or Services described in them and they will not form part of the Contract unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.3 Hilti reserves the right, without liability to the Buyer, to make any changes in the specification of the Goods and/or Services which are required to conform with any applicable national and/or EU laws, regulations and/or safety requirements or which do not materially affect the quality or performance of the Goods and/or Services.
3.4 No statement, description, information, warranty, condition or recommendation contained in any catalogue, price list, advertisement or communication or made verbally by any of the Personnel shall be construed to vary in any way any of these Conditions under the Contract unless otherwise agreed in accordance with section 2.5 above.

Purchases and/or projects for this Contract must be under one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00). Purchases above one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) must be bid out separately. Leasing of equipment is not allowed under this Contract. The awarded Contractor(s) shall serve all using State agency accounts and participating State cities, towns, school boards and not-for-profit organizations. DESCRIPTION OF GOODS AND SERVICES. The service is to be provided under the terms of this contract is the supply of electricity to the Customer’s property. The service is provided by the Rottnest Island Authority and its sub- contractors. Due to the nature of service, and the plant and equipment used to generate and distribute the electricity supplied, the electricity supplied to you:
(a) may not be free from interruptions, fluctuations and surges;
(b) may fluctuate in quality from time to time; and
(c) may not suit the Customer's particular needs if (for example, the service may not be suitable for a Customer with goods or equipment that require a continuous electricity supply free from interruptions, fluctuations or surges in supply or fluctuations in quality). The Rottnest Island Authority recommends that the Customer protect and insure its property against unexpected fluctuations, interruptions or surges to the electricity supply.
