Principals’ Advisory Committee. The Labor Relations Committee will be assisted by the Principal’s Advisory Committee organized in each building by the building principal. One GEA Building Representative will serve by virtue of office. Such Principal’s Advisory Committee will meet monthly at the request of either party. Items which are unresolved at the building level will be submitted to the Labor Relations Committee for consideration if the problem involves two (2) or more buildings, and to the Superintendent or his/her designee if it is a single building issue.

Principals’ Advisory Committee. There shall be formed in each school building in the District a Professional Issues Committee for purposes of discussion of issues regarding the operation of the building, school programs, discipline issues and other areas of mutual interest. Each committee shall be made up of the Building Principal and one teacher from each grade level in the building: at the junior high school, the Committee shall consist of a Building Principal and one teacher from each department, if so instructed. Working in an unpaid capacity, the Committee shall meet monthly, or more often if requested. Any member of the Committee may call committee meetings. Decisions of the Committee will be made using a consensus decision-making model as long as the decision does not substantially interfere with the operation at the school. Minutes of Committee meetings will be recorded and distributed to building staff, the Superintendent or designee, and the Association President(s).
Principals’ Advisory Committee. A. Purpose The Principal’s Advisory Committee (PAC) provides an opportunity for staff to provide input and collaborate with the building principal on continuously improving the culture, instruction, and student experience with the building. A PAC shall be formed in each building that will meet as often as deemed necessary by the parties, but not less than every month excluding June and July.

  • JOINT ADVISORY COMMITTEE 5.01 A Joint Advisory Committee shall operate during the term of this agreement consisting of one (1) employee representative from each location and up to an equal number of employer representatives who shall meet at least once every six (6) months to discuss working conditions, economy of operation, quality and quantity of service, safety and health, workplace stress, violence and abuse prevention, and other matters to promote an ongoing harmonious relationship between the Employer and its employees.   • Advisory Committee The Settling State shall designate an Opioid Settlement Remediation Advisory Committee (the “Advisory Committee”) to provide input and recommendations regarding remediation spending from that Settling State’s Abatement Accounts Fund.   • Benefits Advisory Committee The Board agrees to establish a Benefits Advisory Committee to provide stakeholder input into maintaining quality and affordable benefits. The focus of this committee shall be to:

  • Technical Advisory Committee (TAC The goal of this subtask is to create an advisory committee for this Agreement. The TAC should be composed of diverse professionals. The composition will vary depending on interest, availability, and need. TAC members will serve at the CAM’s discretion. The purpose of the TAC is to: • Provide guidance in project direction. The guidance may include scope and methodologies, timing, and coordination with other projects. The guidance may be based on: o Technical area expertise; o Knowledge of market applications; or o Linkages between the agreement work and other past, present, or future projects (both public and private sectors) that TAC members are aware of in a particular area. • Review products and provide recommendations for needed product adjustments, refinements, or enhancements. • Evaluate the tangible benefits of the project to the state of California, and provide recommendations as needed to enhance the benefits. • Provide recommendations regarding information dissemination, market pathways, or commercialization strategies relevant to the project products. The TAC may be composed of qualified professionals spanning the following types of disciplines: • Researchers knowledgeable about the project subject matter; • Members of trades that will apply the results of the project (e.g., designers, engineers, architects, contractors, and trade representatives); • Public interest market transformation implementers; • Product developers relevant to the project; • U.S. Department of Energy research managers, or experts from other federal or state agencies relevant to the project; • Public interest environmental groups; • Utility representatives; • Air district staff; and • Members of relevant technical society committees. The Recipient shall: • Prepare a List of Potential TAC Members that includes the names, companies, physical and electronic addresses, and phone numbers of potential members. The list will be discussed at the Kick-off meeting, and a schedule for recruiting members and holding the first TAC meeting will be developed. • Recruit TAC members. Ensure that each individual understands member obligations and the TAC meeting schedule developed in subtask 1.11. • Prepare a List of TAC Members once all TAC members have committed to serving on the TAC. • Submit Documentation of TAC Member Commitment (such as Letters of Acceptance) from each TAC member.   • Operating Committee the Consortium’s managing body, composed of representatives of the Manager and the Contractors, pursuant to Annex XI.

  • Audit Committee (A) The Audit Committee shall be composed of five members who shall be selected by the Board of Directors from its own members, none of whom shall be an officer of the Company, and shall hold office at the pleasure of the Board.
