PRINTING AND DISTRIBUTION OF CONTRACT. Within one (1) month of the signing of this agreement by the parties, CASA shall procure fif- teen hundred (1,500) copies of this agreement printed in a union house. The District will pay for the cost of printing. One thousand (1,000) copies will be distributed to CASA. Five hundred
PRINTING AND DISTRIBUTION OF CONTRACT. Employer and Union will equally share the cost of copying this Agreement, and shall mutually select a union printer. Union will be responsible for overseeing the printing, but proofs shall be subject to mutual review and approval. Union will distribute copies to all existing bargaining unit employees within ten (10) calendar days of the Agreement's effective date, and thereafter Employer will be responsible for providing copies to new hires in bargaining unit positions.
PRINTING AND DISTRIBUTION OF CONTRACT. Within a reasonable time after the Agreement is signed, copies of this Agreement shall be printed at the expense of the Board and presented to the Association for distribution to each current employee. New GESSA employees will receive a contract from Human Resources at the time of hire.
PRINTING AND DISTRIBUTION OF CONTRACT. The Board agrees to furnish a copy of this Contract to each employee and to give two hundred (200) additional copies to the Federation for its use. The parties agree to split the cost of providing the above noted copies of the Agreement when the work is done by a union printer or by school staff.
PRINTING AND DISTRIBUTION OF CONTRACT. Copies of this Negotiated Agreement shall be printed at the expense of the employer within thirty (30) days of ratification. The Negotiated Agreement shall be presented to all persons currently represented by the bargaining unit. Five (5) copies will be presented to the Association for their use.
PRINTING AND DISTRIBUTION OF CONTRACT. Representatives of the City and the Union shall meet within thirty (30) days of the signing of this agreement for purposes of integrating this agreement and prior such agreements into a single and complete contract. The City will arrange for and pay the costs of publishing sufficient copies of the contract for distribution to all District Council 47 represented employees. An appendix consisting of all job titles in the bargaining unit as of June 30, 1994 shall be annexed to the contract. Subsequent classes shall be so incorporated.
PRINTING AND DISTRIBUTION OF CONTRACT. Section 1. The Union and the Company agree to share equally the expense of the printing of this Working Agreement in sufficient numbers to supply the needs of both parties.
Section 2. The Company shall distribute this Agreement to its present employees and to its new employees when they begin work with the Company.
Section 3. The Union and the Company agree to work together to expedite the printing and distribution of this Working Agreement with the objective that this process will not exceed six (6) months from the date of ratification.
PRINTING AND DISTRIBUTION OF CONTRACT. The Board and the Union agree to jointly share the cost of printing sufficient numbers of copies of this agreement for distribution by the Board to each employee covered by this agreement, and to each school administrator and supervisor. Sufficient additional copies will be prepared to ensure availability to any new employees. Prior to printing, a designated representative of each party will have the opportunity to verify the final text.
PRINTING AND DISTRIBUTION OF CONTRACT. The Board shall provide the Association with a PDF copy of the agreement to be distributed to every member. Association members wishing to have a paper copy of the contract may print the contract at school.
PRINTING AND DISTRIBUTION OF CONTRACT. The District will make available on the District web site a current copy of this contract and all of the amendments and memoranda of understanding. The District shall, without charge, have copies of this Contract printed and distributed to all present unit members. The District shall give new unit members the choice of receiving a copy of this contract without charge or not receiving a hard copy due to availability of the Contract on the District’s web site. During the duration of this Contract, unit members shall also receive, without charge, any written amendments to the Contract. The District will provide the Union, without charge, fifty (50) copies of the Contract per year.
