Productivity Enhancement. ‌ The parties mutually agree to work together to develop employee incentive plans which will increase productivity and reward employees with a share of the gains. The parties further agree to develop wellness programs in accordance with the Fringe Benefits Memorandum of Understanding which may also result in monetary incentives for employees.

  • PRODUCTIVITY The Productivity Scheme which was agreed to is: Contained in Annexure B.

  • Productivity Incentive In addition to the Minimum Milk Price, you will be paid a Productivity Incentive based on the total number of milk solids in your milk that you supply to DFMC each Month during the Term that complies with the Quality Standards.
