Productivity Enhancement. ‌ The parties mutually agree to work together to develop employee incentive plans which will increase productivity and reward employees with a share of the gains. The parties further agree to develop wellness programs in accordance with the Fringe Benefits Memorandum of Understanding which may also result in monetary incentives for employees.
