Professional Association Membership. Each administrator will have their dues paid to one professional organization (and the parent national organization, such as with AWSP and NASSP or NAESP).
Professional Association Membership. 6.10 The School District shall provide and pay for the District Superintendent's annual memberships in professional associations of his choice. The School District recognizes the obligation to professional growth and development provided by these affiliations and encourages and permits the District Superintendent to participate actively.

Employees will not be paid for hours outside their regular scheduled hours. *20.06 The Employer shall contribute up to two hundred ($200.00) per Employee per year, upon submission of a receipt for a physical fitness program or equipment.

The District shall pay 100% of the Superintendent's annual membership fee in the New York State Council of School Superintendents, one national, and one local professional organization. The Superintendent may attend appropriate professional meetings and conferences of such organizations and the legal expenses of said attendance will be paid by the District or reimbursed to the Superintendent. Attendance at any meeting that will cause the Superintendent to be out of the District for more than two workdays will require prior approval of the Board; provided, however, that in the event the organization's meeting will take place prior to the next scheduled Board meeting, the Superintendent's attendance at such meeting may be approved by the Board President.

The School District shall pay the cost of the Assistant Superintendent's annual basic membership dues and professional registration fees in education-related professional organizations up to a maximum amount per year specified in the Administrative Evaluation and Compensation Plan. The Board may authorize an increased amount for membership dues and/or professional registration fees as it may deem appropriate. The School District recognizes the professional growth opportunities provided by these affiliations and encourages and permits the Assistant Superintendent to participate actively.
