Progress Reports and Final Report. Grantee agrees to submit three progress reports and a final project report during the administration of this grant. The specific due dates for these have been established in the project work plan.

Progress Reports and Final Report. Each Progress Report and the Final Report must include: an outline of the key research findings of the Project; an outline of the implications of the findings for Queensland, the Partner(s) and the Fellow’s field of research; details of fellowship staffing, including the names of staff, their position and their full- time equivalence employment status; identify the total eligible expenditure incurred for the Project, including expenditure of the Funding, the Recipient Contributions and Partner Contributions; the completion rate of the annual Project Milestones listed in Schedule 3; a statement of the general Project outcomes achieved; details of the Fellowship IP created and the Background IP used in the creation of that Fellowship IP; and the number of specific outcomes completed, including the numbers of: refereed publications accepted; patents filed or approved; new collaborations; additional grants secured; higher degree students supervised; new products, services or practices created; and new spin-out or start-up companies created. As further detailed in Schedule 2: Progress Report 1 is due 12 months after the Commencement Date. Progress Report 2 is due 24 months after the Commencement Date. Final Report is due 36 months after the Commencement Date.
Progress Reports and Final Report. During the Term and starting on July 2, 2013, the Project Manager shall furnish progress reports as specified in the Statement of Work and in conformity with report forms as set forth in Exhibit D, (the “Progress Reports”), to the Owner Agent covering important points of progress, results, and problems encountered from the seeding of the first crop until the 1st harvest, which is approximately fifteen (15) weeks after seeding thereafter (the “First Mile Stone”) and from the ratoon of the first crop and seeding of the second crop until the second harvest, approximately fifteen (15) weeks thereafter (the “Second Mile Stone”). The Project Manager shall attach to these reports pertinent data developed in the course of the Testing Services. These attachments need not be specifically prepared or formatted solely for reporting purposes. As part of the reports, informal oral reviews may occur between the Principal Supervisor and the Owner Agent. The Project Manager shall furnish a Progress Report to Agent Owner as of the First Mile Stone date and the Second Mile Stone dates. Within thirty (30) calendar days of the Second Mile Stone, the Project Manager shall submit to the Owner Agent a final report covering the castor trial results (the “Final Report”).
Progress Reports and Final Report. (1) Upon request by AUDI, Xxxxxxx will provide to AUDI's Lead Representative within twenty (20) Business Days of the request a detailed written report on the overall progress of the Work under the AUDI Program Plan and the applicable Work Packages, including particulars on the scope, schedule and current status of the Work, including delays and challenges, and the status of the Deliverables and Critical Milestones, substantially in the form of Schedule “G” or as otherwise agreed by the Advisory Committee. AUDI acknowledges that repeated requests may result in delays in the Work and may impact Xxxxxxx’x ability to achieve all Deliverables for each applicable Work Package on or before the applicable Deliverable Date.

Weichai acknowledges that repeated requests may result in delays in the Work and may impact Bxxxxxx’x ability to achieve all Deliverables for each applicable Work Package on or before the applicable Deliverable Date.

  • Progress Reports The Recipient shall submit to the OPWC, at the OPWC's request, summary reports detailing the progress of the Project pursuant to this Agreement and any additional reports containing such information as the OPWC may reasonably require.

  • Final Reports Within ninety (90) days of receipt of the Required Documents, the Asset Representations Reviewer shall publish its findings to the Sponsor and the Indenture Trustee. The Asset Representations Reviewer shall provide the Sponsor and the Indenture Trustee with the following reports as a result of the Asset Representations Review (collectively, the “Final Reports”):

  • Progress Report 10.1 If required, you shall submit progress reports in connection with the Service (“Report”) on at least a monthly basis, or as we may require. The Report shall include a summary of the activities and accomplishments during the previous reporting period.

  • Final Report The goal of this subtask is to prepare a comprehensive Final Report that describes the original purpose, approach, results, and conclusions of the work performed under this Agreement. The CAM will review the Final Report, which will be due at least two months before the Agreement end date. When creating the Final Report Outline and the Final Report, the Recipient must use the Style Manual provided by the CAM.

  • Reports and Financial Statements The filings (other than immaterial filings) required to be made by CEI and the CEI Subsidiaries under the Securities Act, the Exchange Act, PUHCA, the Power Act, the Atomic Energy Act or applicable state public utility laws and regulations have been filed with the SEC, FERC, the NRC or the appropriate state public utilities commission, as the case may be, including all forms, statements, reports, tariffs, contracts, agreements (oral or written) and all documents, exhibits, amendments and supplements appertaining thereto required to be filed with such commission. As of their respective dates, the reports, schedules, forms, statements and other documents (including exhibits and all other information incorporated therein) required to be filed by CEI or any CEI Subsidiary with the SEC since January 1, 1997 (the "CEI SEC Documents") complied in all material respects with the requirements of the Securities Act or the Exchange Act, as the case may be, and the rules and regulations of the SEC promulgated thereunder applicable to such CEI SEC Documents, and none of the CEI SEC Documents when filed contained any untrue statement of a material fact or omitted to state a material fact required to be stated therein or necessary in order to make the statements therein, in light of the circumstances under which they were made, not misleading. The financial statements of CEI included in the CEI SEC Documents (the "CEI Financial Statements") comply as to form, as of their respective dates of filing with the SEC, in all material respects with applicable accounting requirements and the published rules and regulations of the SEC with respect thereto, have been prepared in accordance with GAAP (except, in the case of unaudited statements, as permitted by Form 10-Q of the SEC) applied on a consistent basis during the periods involved (except as may be indicated in the notes thereto) and fairly present in all material respects the consolidated financial position of CEI and its consolidated subsidiaries as of the dates thereof and the consolidated results of their operations and cash flows for the periods then ended (subject, in the case of unaudited statements, to normal recurring year-end audit adjustments).

  • Reports and Statements The Lending Agent shall furnish the Client with the reports and statements set forth in the Securities Lending Guidelines or as otherwise agreed from time to time.
