Progression within the SASM Grade. (a) Progression within the SASM Grade will be by annual review of the staff member’s professional practice which will refer to the SASM criteria in Schedule B. This review will be carried out according to policies and procedures developed and reviewed in consultation with TEU. Progression will be to the next step within the scale.

Progression within the SASM Grade. Progression with the SASM Grade will be by application by the employee to the Promotions panel annually, and is reviewed against the criteria in Schedule C. This review will be carried out according to policies and procedures developed and reviewed in consultation with TEU. Any increase/salary movement within the SASM Grade will be no less than $1000.00. Where the difference between the salary of the employee and the top of the salary grade is less than $1000.00 the employee will be moved to the top of the grade.
