Project Coordination Services. (a) Manager shall act as project coordinator for all capital improvements authorized by Owner and set forth in an approved Budget or approved by Owner and all extraordinary repair and maintenance to the Properties approved by Owner. As project coordinator, Manager shall (i) review and recommend for approval or disapproval by Owner all plans and specifications for any authorized construction (which review shall include a determination of whether such plans and specifications comply with Owner’s building rules, regulations and standards), (ii) if required by Owner, solicit competitive bids and review such bids with Owner, and (iii) if requested by Owner, enter into contracts on behalf of Owner, as Owner’s agent, in form and content satisfactory to Owner, with the bidders approved by the Owner. As project coordinator, Manager shall also schedule and coordinate the performance of all authorized construction, shall ensure that adequate insurance coverage is maintained consistent with the requirements of Owner, shall obtain, review and recommend for approval or disapproval by Owner all draw requests and lien waivers from the general contractor and all subcontractors, and shall obtain or cause to be obtained all permits required for the construction and occupancy of the Properties. Progress reports will be provided to Owner from time to time or as may be requested by Owner.

Project Coordination Services. This task will consist of project coordination services for the extended length of the project and the extended schedule of the project due to the increase in project length. We will coordinate with TDOT Local Programs and the Greater Nashville Regional Council (GNRC) for the amendments to the TIP and the contract to include the additional length of the project. We will also coordinate with the utility companies in the area of the project extension to gather feedback on their facilities and potential relocation of their lines. We will further coordinate with Atmos Gas on their current gas line project and incorporate their gas line into our plans. We will have one project meeting to review the Preliminary design plans with Town staff. Task 2Field Survey and Data Collection This task will consist of field survey for the extended project limits. Specific scope of the survey will remain the same from the original contract.
Project Coordination Services. The Consultant shall exhibit sound judgment in performing Services on behalf of the Owner and in advising the Owner of pending issues or actions on the Project. The Consultant shall show management leadership and initiative in keeping the Project on track for schedule and budget. The Consultant shall confer with the Owner on sensitive issues of design, Contract performance, schedule and budget. The Consultant shall maintain a constant flow of timely communication providing information to the identified Project stakeholders commensurate with the type and complexity of the Project, and based on the impact of the information on the operations of stakeholders and tenant agencies occupying spaces affected by the Project.
Project Coordination Services. Northwest will provide to Pinnacle Airlines the Project Coordination Services as described in Appendix G attached hereto.

  • Consultation Services The company hereby employs the consultant to perform the following services in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement: The consultant will consult with the officers and employees of the company concerning matters relating to the management and organization of the company, their financial policies, the terms and conditions of employment, and generally any matter arising out of the business affairs of the company.

  • Transition Services The Purchasers will provide to the Sellers termination assistance as reasonably requested in order to provide an orderly transition following the termination of the Agreement (or any portion thereof), and the Sellers will provide to the Purchasers reasonable cooperation and assistance in connection therewith. In connection with this transition assistance, the Purchasers and Sellers will reasonably cooperate in the transition of the Services from the Purchasers to any Replacement Provider. With respect to the Serviced Appointments subject to termination, the Sellers shall provide the Purchasers with notice of the effective date (each, a “Transition Effective Date”) of the transition of the Services to a Replacement Provider. Notwithstanding any termination of the Agreement (or any portion thereof) in accordance with this Article II, with respect to the Serviced Appointments subject to termination, the rights and obligations of the parties under the Servicing Agreement shall remain in effect until the applicable Transition Effective Date.

  • Service Coordinators Each Party has designated an employee or title as the key contact for the day-to-day implementation or monitoring of each Service as specified in the applicable Transition Service Schedule (each, a “Service Coordinator”). The Parties shall direct communications relating to specific Services to the applicable Service Coordinators. The Service Coordinators shall report to the Transition Committee from time to time, as directed by the members of the Transition Committee designated by the applicable Party.

  • Acquisition Services (i) Serve as the Company’s investment and financial advisor and provide relevant market research and economic and statistical data in connection with the Company’s assets and investment objectives and policies;

  • Development Services During the term of this Agreement, the Provider agrees to provide to or on behalf of the Port the professional services and related items described in Exhibit A (collectively, the “Development Services”) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Provider specifically agrees to include at least one Port representative in any economic development negotiations or discussions in which the Provider is involved concerning (i) a port-related business prospect or (ii) a business transaction which will ultimately require Port involvement, financial or otherwise.

  • Cooperation and Coordination The Parties acknowledge and agree that it is their mutual objective and intent to minimize, to the extent feasible and legal, taxes payable with respect to their collaborative efforts under this Agreement and that they shall use all commercially reasonable efforts to cooperate and coordinate with each other to achieve such objective.
