Project Description / В. Описание проекта The Integrated development of Osh province, Kyrgyz Republic aims to assist the Kyrgyz Government to establish conditions for prevention of conflicts and to secure sustainable human development in Osh Province. The Goal will be achieved through the implementation of comprehensive interlinked measures aimed at significant reduction of poverty and improving the welfare of vulnerable population groups and establishing more favorable conditions for sustainable development of human capacity in 17 pilot municipalities of Kara-Kulja, Nookat and Uzgen districts in Osh province, selected in the course of an in-depth socio-economic analysis of these three districts./Интегрированное развитие Ошской области Кыргызской Республики нацелен на оказание помощи Правительству КР в создании условий для предотвращения конфликтов и обеспечения устойчивого человеческого развития в Ошской области. Цель будет достигнута через реализацию комплексных взаимосвязанных мер, направленных на значительное сокращение бедности, повышение уровня жизни уязвимых слоев населения и создание благоприятных условий для устойчивого развития человеческого капитала в 17 пилотных муниципалитетах Кара-Xxxxxxxxxxxx, Ноокатского и Узгенского районов Ошской области, отобранных в ходе глубинного социально-экономического анализа этих трех районов. The project will create various opportunities for the target population to reduce vulnerability on the short-term and long-term perspectives through various economic activities, improved access to water, environmental security, generation of employment and rehabilitation of socio-economic.   • Task Description This task includes activities associated with permit-required monitoring conducted in accordance with the conditions specified by state or federal regulatory agencies. All monitoring tasks must be located within or adjacent to the Project area and follow the Department’s Regional Coastal Monitoring Program and FWC's marine turtle and shorebird monitoring programs. Guidance for monitoring of nearshore resources is available in the Department's Standard Operation Procedures For Nearshore Hardbottom Monitoring Of Beach Nourishment Projects.
