Project Manuals. The Architect/Engineer shall prepare the Project Manual(s) for the project in accordance with the current edition of the manual titled The University of Texas System, Guidelines for Architects/Engineers, Preparation of Project Manuals. Due to the statutory nature of its content, the document is subject to revision at any time. Therefore, the Project Architect/Engineer shall request a current edition of the document from UTH immediately before advertising for bids and include the current statutory documents in the bidding documents. Project Manuals. 1. The Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the Project Manuals and shall not amend or waive any provision of the Project Manuals without the Association’s prior written agreement.
Project Manuals. Owner shall furnish to Contractor up to one (1) printed copy of the Contract Documents. Additional copies will be furnished upon request at the cost of reproduction.
Project Manuals. (a) The Recipient shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Project Manuals.

The Recipient shall, not later than three (3) months after the Effective Date, update the Project Administrative, Financial and Accounting Manual (PAFAM) and the Project Implementation Manual (PIM), in a manner satisfactory to the Association to meet the requirements of the Project.

Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall: (a) in carrying out the Project, apply the criteria, policies, requirements and procedures set out in the Operation Manual, the FUNDEC Manual, the COREP Internal Regulations, and the Executive Secretariat Internal Regulations; and (b) not amend, abrogate or waive, or permit to be amended, abrogated or waived, the Operational Manual, the FUNDEC Manual, the COREP Internal Regulations, or the Executive Secretariat Internal Regulations, or any provisions thereof, in a manner which, in the opinion of the Association may materially and adversely affect the implementation of the Project.
Project Manuals. The Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with the provisions of the PIM and the PAFAM, and shall not, except as the Association shall otherwise agree, amend or waive any provision of the aforementioned if such amendment or waiver may, in the opinion of the Association, adversely and materially affect Project implementation.
Project Manuals. (a) No later than May 29, 2009, the Recipient shall have adopted the Project Implementation Manual and the Project Manual of Financial, Accounting and Administrative Procedures, each in form and substance satisfactory to the Association.
