PROJECT SCOPE AND SCHEDULE. The Parties in conjunction with WMATA and its prime consultant have jointly developed a Scope of Work (Project Scope) and Schedule for the Project, which is attached hereto (Attachment 1) and incorporated herein by reference. The Parties agree that the Scope of Work may only be amended by mutual written agreement signed by the Project Managers for each County and WMATA. No proposed change in the Project Scope that will incure additional costs beyond the adopted Project Budget may be made without the prior approval of the Arlington County Board and Fairfax County Board of Supervisors.

PROJECT SCOPE AND SCHEDULE. The Project consists of the activities and delivery dates identified in this Attachment 1, implemented in accordance with the Agreement. The Parties have included a schedule for the Implementation Date to coordinate their efforts required for completion of the Project on a milestone track. The ISO shall invoice WAPA for each of the milestones described below pursuant to section 4(c) of the Agreement. The Parties understand that input received from stakeholders during the course of implementing the Project, conditions imposed or questions raised in the regulatory approval process, and the activities of the Parties in implementing the Project may cause the Parties to determine that changes in the Project are necessary or desirable. Accordingly, this Attachment 1 may be modified in accordance with Section 3(c) of the Agreement. Each Party is responsible for performing a variety of tasks necessary to achieve the milestones on the scheduled dates specified in the table below (“Timeframe”) and shall plan accordingly. The Parties shall communicate and coordinate as provided in the Agreement to support the planning and execution to complete the Project.
PROJECT SCOPE AND SCHEDULE. The Project scope will be defined by reference to the plan and diagram attached hereto as Exhibit A. The Parties will promptly take such steps as are necessary to enable the Joint Board to move forward with the Procurement (as defined below), which shall have as its objective the achievement of a construction contract award and notice to proceed by January 31, 2020 and substantial completion of the Project by December 31, 2020. This schedule is based on the Parties’ assumption that the Project will rely on funds received from INDOT via the Exchange Program, as supplemented by the 20% match from PRF, and that the Joint Board will not itself be required to apply or qualify for status as a “local public agencyfor purposes of administering public transportation infrastructure funds under the Exchange Program.

  • HOURS OF WORK AND SCHEDULING 15.01 The normal hours of work for an employee are not a guarantee of work per day or per week, or a guarantee of days of work per week. The normal hours of work shall be seven and one-half (7-1/2) hours per day, and seventy-five (75) hours in any bi-weekly period.

  • NOTICE TO PROCEED AND SCHEDULE The CONSULTANT shall begin the work to be performed under this Contract only upon receipt of the written notice to proceed from the LPA, and shall deliver the work to the LPA in accordance with the schedule contained in Appendix "C" which is herein attached to and made an integral part of this Contract.

  • Project Plan Development of Project Plan Upon the Authorized User’s request, the Contractor must develop a Project Plan. This Project Plan may include Implementation personnel, installation timeframes, escalation procedures and an acceptance plan as appropriate for the Services requested. Specific requirements of the plan will be defined in the RFQ. In response to the RFQ, the Contractor must agree to furnish all labor and supervision necessary to successfully perform Services procured from this Lot. Project Plan Document The Contractor will provide to the Authorized User, a Project Plan that may contain the following items: • Name of the Project Manager, Contact Phone Numbers and E-Mail Address; • Names of the Project Team Members, Contact Phone Numbers and E-Mail Address; • A list of Implementation milestones based on the Authorized User’s desired installation date; • A list of responsibilities of the Authorized User during system Implementation; • A list of designated Contractor Authorized Personnel; • Escalation procedures including management personnel contact numbers; • Full and complete documentation of all Implementation work; • Samples of knowledge transfer documentation; and • When applicable, a list of all materials and supplies required to complete the Implementation described in the RFQ. Materials and Supplies Required to Complete Implementation In the event that there are items required to complete an Implementation, the Contractor may request the items be added to its Contract if the items meet the scope of the Contract. Negotiation of Final Project Plan If the Authorized User chooses to require a full Project Plan, the State further reserves the right for Authorized Users to negotiate the final Project Plan with the apparent RFQ awardee. Such negotiation must not substantively change the scope of the RFQ plan, but can alter timeframes or other incidental factors of the final Project Plan. The Authorized User will provide the Contractor a minimum of five (5) business days’ notice of the final negotiation date. The Authorized User reserves the right to move to the next responsible and responsive bidder if Contractor negotiations are unsuccessful.

  • Unit Weekend Schedule A unit weekend schedule may be developed in order to meet the Hospital’s need for weekend staff, and individual nurses’ preference for a weekend work schedule. A unit weekend schedule is defined as a schedule in which a full-time nurse works a weekly average of thirty (30) hours and is paid for 37.5 hours at her or his regular straight time hourly rate. The schedule must include two 11.25 hour tours, which fall within a weekend period as determined by the Hospital and the Association. A nurse working a weekend schedule will work every weekend except as provided for in the provisions below. If the Hospital and the Association agree to a unit weekend schedule, the introduction of that schedule and the manner in which the position(s) are filled, shall be determined by the local parties and recorded in the Appendix of Local Provisions. This unit schedule may be discontinued by either party with notice as determined within the Appendix of Local Provisions. The opportunity for an individual nurse to discontinue this schedule shall be resolved by the local parties:

  • Project Schedule Construction must begin within 30 days of the date set forth in Appendix A, Page 2, for the start of construction, or this Agreement may become null and void, at the sole discretion of the Director. However, the Recipient may apply to the Director in writing for an extension of the date to initiate construction. The Recipient shall specify the reasons for the delay in the start of construction and provide the Director with a new start of construction date. The Director will review such requests for extensions and may extend the start date, providing that the Project can be completed within a reasonable time frame.
