Proportionate Payment. Payments of compensation for variations of part of a foot shall be pro-rated accordingly.

Each sum appropriated by the Security Agent in accordance with the Finance Documents in or towards payment of a particular part of the Liabilities shall to the extent of that appropriation discharge the Assignor’s obligations in respect of that part of the Liabilities both to any Finance Party to which the same is owed, and to the Security Agent.

When an employee (not being a casual employee) leaves the employment of his employer, or when his services are terminated by the employer during the course of any qualifying twelve monthly period, proportionate payments shall be made on the basis of one twelfth of the payment prescribed by sub-clause (g) of this clause for that employment.
