PROPOSAL SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS. The Respondent shall provide services to accomplish a complete and finished software solution. Respondent must provide a detailed response to the service requirements outlined below. Please include any relevant system requirements which would be necessitated for successful implementation. Each response should include the heading and numbering schema shown below for the section that is being addressed. Failure to follow this format may result in vital information not being considered when reviewing the proposal. Of prime importance is the firm’s flexibility in responding to services as requested by City staff. At minimum, the services shall include, but are not limited to the services outlined below:

PROPOSAL SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS. Please submit as part of the proposal the following information:  A proposed Statement of Work to address the needs identified by SMUD in the SERVICES section of this RFP. Clearly identify if it is intended to perform services other than or instead of those specified.  An outline of the tasks proposed and a schedule for their completion. Specify proposed frequency, purpose, and duration of on-site visits.  List and describe projects where Contractor has completed work similar to that required for this project, and identify a contact person at that organization (name and telephone number). Projects listed shall demonstrate the Contractor’s experience in the implementation of SAP products and in the performance of quality assurance.  Provide resumes of key personnel proposed for this project. Special emphasis should be placed on hands-on experience of SAP products appropriate to the scope of services stated.  A proposed budget that outlines for each task proposed which specific person will work on the task and their level of effort, preferably in hours. The proposed budget needs to include the service charge and all travel and overhead expenses. If the proposal consists of a fixed fee, a detailed itemization must be included to indicate a detailed budget allocation for each service and deliverable individually.  Total cost for one review and total cost for optional additional reviews.  List specific deliverables that SMUD will receive for this project.
